Two years later

Albus's point of view

The boys had now graduated Hogwarts, and it didn't last long until they got jobs and moved together. Their dream of opening their own sweets shop had come true. They called it Sugar Paradise, and wasn't far away from Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes in Diagon alley. Below the title there was a quote written that said Sweets they always help you make friends, as Scorpius's mother used to say. The building also had a flat where they had moved in. 

One morning, surprisingly, Albus was the first to wake up. He looked at his sleeping boyfriend and smiled. He ran his hand through his hair and kissed his forehead. He sat up and reached for his boxers (after last night's events) before putting them on. As he left the bed he grabbed Scorpius's old Quidditch sweater and put it on. Since Scorpius was taller than him, the sweater was long enough to cover his butt.

He went to the kitchen to make some breakfast, before he heard some footsteps.

"Now this is what you don't see every day." Albus turned his head to look at the doorway where Scorpius was standing in his boxers only. He sighed.

"You were supposed to be in bed so I could surprise you with breakfast." 

"I could go back to sleep and pretend this didn't happened," Scorpius suggested with a grin.

"No, it's too late," Albus muttered. Scorpius went to hug him from behind and kissed the top of his head.

"You're the best boyfriend in the world. You know that right?" he said. Albus turned around and wrapped his arms around his neck.

"Just wanted to celebrate that you for a change is the sleepyhead."

"Might be a one time thing," Scorpius grinned.

Albus leaned in for a kiss. Without breaking it Scorpius lifted him up to sit on the counter. Albus pulled away keeping his arms wrapped around him, as they looked in each other's eyes.

"I owled Teddy yesterday," Albus began. "Vic and him are coming this afternoon. And little Dora."

"I can't believe she just turned one," said Scorpius. Albus kissed him once again before the frying pan frizzled. 

"Shit, the eggs!" Albus shouted and quickly hopped down to turn off the plate. "How about some half burned eggs for breakfast?"

"It's worth a try," said Scorpius. Albus grinned while grabbing a fork as he put some eggs on it and fed Scorpius.

"How is it?"

"Tasty! You're good."

"If I'm anything like my father, than it's the cooking," said Albus in confidence.

A bunch of children ran into their store full of excitement as it opened. Later Bianca came in along with her girlfriend.

"Hello there, dorks," she greeted.

"Hi Bea, hi Lily," said Albus.

"What can we offer you today?" Scorpius asked.

Lily and Bianca used to come to the store every day to help them get things sold in the beginning.

"I'm fine with these," said Lily and handed over four chocolate frogs to buy. "Unless you have something new?" Albus shook his head.

"Not until Thursday," he said. 

"That will be three galleons and nine sickles," Scorpius told them. Bianca handed over the coins to him.

"So how do you feel about going back to Hogwarts?" Albus asked them.

"It's weird to think that it's my final year," said Bianca. Lilly gave her a hug.

"I'm going to miss you when you graduate," she said since she had two years left. Bianca kissed her forehead which made the boys smile.

"Well then. I think we're done for today," said Bianca. "I'll see you next time."

"Maybe tomorrow," Lily added.

"Tell dad I said hi," Albus told his sister.

"I will," she said before they left.

Later the children had left and the store was empty. Albus went to hug Scorpius and leaned his head onto his shoulder. Nothing could ever get better than this. He loved Scorpius more than anything in the world and always would.

This story also has a sequel (that takes place before the epilogue) but unfortunately I won't translate it anytime soon. Translating this story has been a hard work and cost a lot of my energy so I'm taking a break here.
