after the whole ceremony thing: alysha's pov

"ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the bride and groom!" josh announces through the speakers. the doors open and me and simon walk in together, hand in hand, as everyone claps and cheers at us, making me smile widely.

"if you two would kindly make your way over to the dance floor for your first dance, that'd be splendid." josh smiles at us. "sure." i nod at him as simon happily guides me to the dance floor.

simon let me pick the song for our first dance, which is good because i believe i've picked the best song which is; i see the light from tangled. you know, it's the song flynn and rapunzel sing when they're in the boat when all the lanterns fly up into the sky and it's all romantic and shit. i picked that song because firstly, i love it, and secondly because it's a good song for a first dance in my opinion.

"play music, jj!" josh shouts as he points at jj.

don't ask why we picked jj of all people to be the music guy... just don't ask.

jj nods at josh before hitting the play button where immediately, and quite loudly, the song begins to play. i gently place my hands on simon's shoulders as he gently places his arms loosely around my waist. we then slowly begin swaying/dancing from side to side as we look into each other's eyes.

"this is the best day of my life." simon whispers to me with a smile. i gently nod, "same." i smile at him. "i definitely wouldn't change this for the world." he comments quietly. i lightly chuckle, "good, because i wouldn't either." i reply in the same tone. simon smiles lovingly at me before gently kissing my forehead, making me smile more, and blush a little.

"i love you, alysha." simon whispers as he presses his forehead against mine. "i love you too." i whisper back at him before pressing our lips together, making everyone "awe."

now i definitely can't wait to see what the future holds.
