"Izu-kun, are you alright? You've been out of it ever since you came back from lunch with All Might," You informed, as he gathered your things from your desk before putting them in your bag, readying to leave the classroom now that it's dismissal.
"O-oh, huh? Really?" He inquired, before moving your wheelchair towards the door, and head towards the nurse's office to finally get rid of the remaining casts. "H-how so?"
"Well, you're more stutter-y than usual, you constantly fret over all the little things about me, you freak out whenever I talk about All Might--" You were immediately cut off by the greenette as he immediately (threw) handed you the notebook he, Iida, and Uraraka worked on the whole day for you.
"Here are your notes from the periods of today!" The freckled boy exclaimed rather loudly, yet robot-like, making you look at him with a suspicious gaze, but then sighed, deciding to leave the issue be if he's really that not willing to share what he and All Might had discussed.
"Alright... Thanks... But, uh, I can't put it in my bag on my own since, y'know..." The boy exclaimed an 'oh, right!' before stuffing the given notebook in your bag, then placed the said rucksack on your lap. Once you faced front, you then noticed that the door was crowded, and that no one exited yet. "Oh, umm..."
"Whooa..." You looked beside you, only to see that the familiar brunette is just as confused as you are. "WHAT THE HECK?!" You cringed at Uraraka's sudden loud volume, before flicking your attention back at the crowd full of school's mixed sections and different classes.
"They're crowding the exit; what are they here for?" Mineta asked, hoping that someone would answer his question. Although, the person who answered was not who he expected.
"They're scoping out the competition, retard." Bakugou. You realized that he's been silent the whole time, not emitting any sort of insults or sounds of aggravation, which made you feel worry for him; you wondered what's on his mind. "They wanna see the gang who survived an actual villain attack. They're checking us out before the big battle, asshole." The ash blonde's tone was so monotonous that it was so uncharacteristic of him.
This is his neutral mode. You've experienced it before. It happens whenever he thinks too deeply of something-- something that's bothering his mind, and is conflicted on how to act upon it.
"It's pointless to try, so why don't you just fuck off, ya goddamn mob." Kacchan-- always count on him if you're ever looking for enemies in life... Not that you recommend.
"Don't go calling people a "mob" just because you don't know them!" Iida reprimanded as the crimson-eyed male remained apathetic towards the bluenette's scoldings.
"I came to see what you kids are made of, true, but I didn't think you'd be this arrogant." Wait, hold on... You remember-- no, know that voice. "Are all kids enrolled at the department of heroics this way?" Finally, the familiar stranger poked his head from the crowd, making him more recognizable to you.
That gravity-defying indigo hair, the drawling tone-- He made it to Yuuei!
"Aahh?!" Bakugou looks pissed over how the indigo-haired male approached him in such a disinterested manner.
"Oh, I guess only one is an exception." Shinsou remarked stoically, having to recognize you as well. But then, seeing you in such a state made him elicit an emotion of worry over your well-being. You-- his former class president, and the only person who spoke up for him-- is covered in bandages from your legs, arms, and head, and is on a wheelchair.
"Hey, Shinsou-kun," The tall male snapped out from his trance, as he looked at you with an undecipherable expression. "You made it to Yuuei..!"
"(L/n)-san..." He trailed off, observing your features once again. Nothing much has changed about you except for the gauze that littered your body. Your hair is still covering the left side of your face, you still have (s/c) skin, but the only thing that changed was, of course, that you're now wearing the Yuuei regular uniform, and so was he.
