  BOOM!

Again, you blocked out another explosion with your shield, trying not to topple over from the strong and sudden impact, as you tried to counter it with a ray of energy towards the ash blonde male, who just simply stepped aside to dodge your seemingly pitiful attack. Gritting your teeth, you charged forward-- one hand stiff at the side, prepared to swipe if the need to summon a barrier comes, as Bakugou halted his stance, about to face you head-on-- calculating your moves to predict your next attack while doing so. He taught you those moves; of course he'd know what you'll try to pull off next based from the balance of your footing.

Meanwhile, most of your friends had been nervous the whole time they were watching the match; fearful of the outcome-- especially Uraraka, knowing first-hand on how strong and strategic the blonde was. However, that didn't mean she was hopeless over your possible victory. It's just that she's worried over how far you'll go to attain that said victory.

Todoroki, too, was watching. And he'd be lying if he said he wasn't worried if you'd pull off that same stunt you did with his fight with you. You're capable, he acknowledged that very well. And he found that dangerous. Although, he was quite flattered that you're wearing his clip, gaining the feel that it was as if it's a good luck charm to you. It was... cute.

Monoma was scared for you. In fact 'scared' seemed to be an understatement; he was petrified. Despite mocking the brute, he knows that Bakugou was skilled enough to beat you to the ground, perhaps even kill you if only it was legal. He's now currently praying for any god out there for you to leave this fight alive. Despite being a copycat, he was also part scaredy-cat. He took no pride to both titles given to him.

Shinsou's reaction contrasted greatly to the majority's. He was calm and collected-- like he said, he's confident of your capabilities. You can win this; he believes that. You've done enough for him, and it was his turn to support you in your time of need. He'll gladly support you throughout the whole fight-- win or lose.

Midoriya. Midoriya was highly conflicted. Yes, he was worried for you, but was also worried for his childhood friend, Kacchan. Not that because he sees the blonde weak, but because he respects the both of you greatly; in fact, he highly admired the both of you. And viewing your fight with Bakugou sent him in waves of emotions he couldn't understand. Of course, he wants you to win, but...

Fighting a person he has feared all his life? Well, his hope for your win seemed plausible, but thin. Bakugou was skilled in combat, and you were an amateur-- the only thing keeping you standing was how efficient and convenient your quirk is, along with your quick thinking. Basically, the greenette wants you to win, but doesn't think you'll win. Subconsciously, he doesn't have faith in you. It was hopeless.

Midoriya was inferior compared to Bakugou, and he knows this better than anyone. But then he realized: it wasn't him fighting down there, it was you. He may be weak compared to Bakugou, but that didn't mean any shit to you. You're you. You don't fear the ash blonde, quite the opposite, really. You... you're different from Midoriya. Perhaps... you're even better than him.

It's your and Kacchan's superiority that makes him want to improve himself. Technically speaking, you inspire Midoriya to be better, because he wants to be in the same level as you. It's always been you. The amount of insults Bakugou would throw at him in a daily basis was nothing compared to how you made him feel when you called him out. He was especially vulnerable to you. The irony? In his whole life, you were always the one who made him feel good about himself; who gave him hope over his helplessness, but with just one move, you can easily shatter all those in a span of a second. Why? He thinks that you're too good for him. The insecurities he felt when comparing himself to you. To have a friend like you felt great! But with the crawling thoughts of you being no longer part of his life haunted him, because you were just too good to be true. And now? That's happening. He's slowly losing you because of his fears. God, how long was that happening subconsciously in his mind?
