DIRECTOR: LIGHTS, CAMERA ACTION!
Assalam o Alaikum and hello friends and fans!!
I'm your host and dost Kounj Muzafar. Today we have another honorable and lovely Author and winner of a Freedom Award Scarline464.
Thank you so much for agreeing to this interview. So I will start now...
Tell us a little something special about yourself and your background?
Well, according to my parents, iv always had a creative mind. And I like to say that's something special about me. When I was eight, I decided five options for myself to do in life. I could write, draw, sing, cook, or play an instrument. So since then, I practiced all five of my options, and now, at fourteen, It seems Im doing well in everything iv ever wanted to do. At least according to others.
What's your age, your date of birth and zodiac sign?
14, Febuary 28th, and I dont even know.
Which genre did your winner book belong to? What draws you to this genre?
Fanfiction, or Fiction. Iv always been drawn to things that aren't real, or the magic that's hidden in the world. I don't really like Non-Fiction books, sure, they can be cool sometimes if they have that little hidden spark in them. But I do like to stick to the Magic, and to the hope that shows itself in fictional books. It's different, and is a way to escape from the normal world.
I think I'll always be drawn to the fictional world, because that's where I can be me, and nobody can stop me.
What do people hate the most about you?
Probably my temper, I can get really mad sometimes and it gets on peoples nerves.
What's the most strangest thing you have done?
Em, probably when I threatened to run away from home because I didn't want to clean my room, it might not be the strangest, but it's at least the stupidest.
Do you ever get writer's Block? Give one tip on how to get through the dreaded writer's block?
Yes, I get writers block constantly. I say I have five stages in writing.
1. On a roll, pumping out a crazy amount of content.
2. Slowing down because your running out of plot juice.
3. Hitting a brick wall, known as writers block.
4. Recovering from hitting the wall.
5. Come up with a new idea and repeat.
One of the ways I come up with a new idea, is I look for inspiration. When it's fanfiction, I read other fanfictions, and it usually inspires me to get going. When it's normal fiction, I research things from where the story takes place, or foods and things, and it sometimes gets me help with it. And my last hint to help with writers block is people. People are the best way to get through writers block. If you've been sitting around all day looking for a new idea, all you have to do, is take a night off and go have fun, maybe an idea will spurt out and something will click. Or maybe you could simply ask someone for what they think should happen next. It's always good to have at least one person who could help.
