Chapter 19

Beam POV

Today is raining. The clouds turns grey since early morning. It makes me lazy to get up, and wash up. I check my phone. It's just 7 AM.

No call nor text from Forth yet.

Well.... We had spend three hours for video call last night till 1 AM. My boyfriend said he wanted to stay at my room, but I refused. It's not good to stay together too often, especially in rainy season like this. It might makes us unproductive by spending time on bed.

You know... Forth is pervert, and I always accept all of his touch.

There are two weeks left before new semester starts. We haven't spent our time in special places except mall, movie, or my dorm. Oh I went to Chiang Mai to go after Forth, but that can't be counted, right? I want to ask Forth to go to beach. However, the weather will be like this until next month. Hence, going out to beach is not a good option.

I'm bored.

It's too early to call my boyfriend. I'm sure he hasn't woke up yet. I'm not planning to call my friends either. Pha and Yo are in Yo's villa in the suburb, while Ming and Kit spend their time in Kit's hometown. Ming says he enjoys all activities done there as well as getting close with Kit's family. Good for you, Ai Kitty. I hope you guys won't fight again in my room.

Wait... It means I'm the only one who is stuck in Bangkok? Shit.

I pull my blanket. I think I should continue sleeping until Forth call me to get our lunch. However, suddenly someone calls me. My (annoying) brother.

"Hello P'Ram..." I greet him with low voice. Please I don't want to hear any complains today.

"Hello Beam, where are you? Are you with Forth now?"

"No P. It's damn 7 in morning. How come Forth is here already?" I ask him back.

"Who knows you guys sleep together since it's still holidays," P'Ram teases me.

The hell.

"So... What's going on P? Why are you calling me?"

"......" No answer from the other side.

"Is it about P'Faying?" I guess.

"........" I really want to laugh. P'Ram is easy to read. So.... he still cares about P'Faying after these past two months I never get any update about them.

Oh.... I heard from Forth that P'Ram is always calling P'Faying and sends her message occasionally even though she never replied any of them.

"I met her in Chiang Mai, but since then, I never know how she is doing. You'd better ask Forth." I decide to explain without being questioned.

"I don't want to involve you and your boyfriend actually. But..... I read from newspaper today that Brian will engage with someone....."

I get up from my bed. This is the most shocking news. P'Brian will engage? with whom? If it is with P'Faying, Forth should explain it to me. Why didn't he say anything about this?

My brother sounds sad, but it is weird that he doesn't explode. I thought he would yell and force me to give the phone to Forth.

"Are you sure about this? I think I must talk with Forth. Aren't you working P? I'll inform you later," I make my voice as calm as possible. I don't want to ruin my brother's mood.

"Okay. Thank you Beam," then the phone is disconnected.

I dial Forth's number and directly call him. I have to call him twice until he picks it up. What a sleepy head boyfriend.
