Chapter 20

Beam POV

"Thank you for treating me, guys. Even though I knew that it was for Ram's sake, right? At least all things have been clear enough as I won't be misunderstood to be engaged soon. Take care for both of you. Forth, drive carefully, okay?! The road is slippery today," P'Faying hugs me and Forth before coming back to her clinic.

"What are we going to do after this?" Forth opens our conversation in the car. After having lunch with P'Faying, I and Forth stay in the car for awhile. We don't know where to go.

"I don't know. I don't feel like going out because of the weather actually, but staying at home is so boring. Do you have any idea?" I sigh.

Forth pinches my  cheeks. "So my Beam can feel bored too? Hahaahahaha cute." I hit his arm, and warn him to stop calling me cute. "Why? You don't like being cute? Then... you are very very adorable." Forth give a peck on my lips.

Oh my God. Why should he kiss me in the situation like this? can't we have proper conversation without having intimate skinship?

I have to hit his arm again to make him stop.

Forth laughs and holds my hand, "Okay...okay..... so....... how about watching movie?" he suggests.

"We have watched all new movies on cinema." I answer shortly. Seriously... why don't we have any choices?

"Don't you wanna somewhere else? We can go to Dream World if you think go traveling is tiring."

"Good idea, Forth, but it's already 2.30 P.M. Maybe next time we can go there. It will rain again soon. We can't enjoy the ride if it's raining," I complain. I might sound bit talkative. I hope Forth won't feel annoyed by my mood now.

"You're right. Then... are we going back?" Forth stares at me to make sure what to do next. 

I shook my head, then decide "Let's watch movie again then. There is probably new released movie."  Forth is giggling, and directly starts the car.

I hate being stuck in my room or Forth's.

Even though there is new released movie, but it is a horror one. I pluck up my courage to watch the movie. Forth has told me to choose another one, but we have watched all of them last week. I ensure my boyfriend that I'm brave enough to see it. After buying tickets, we have our popcorn and cola.

Our seat is far back enough. There are not many people watching today. Only front seats are fill in  with few people. Maybe because it is raining again, so people are lazy to go out.

"Are you sure to watch it, Beam? We can exit and buy another ticket. I know you hate scary things, so you don't have to force yourself. " Forth whisper in my ear.

I realize that he wants to be considered and to protect me from 'heart attack', but I'm not a coward. 

Alright. I am.

You should know why Forth persuades me to not watch this movie. The last time we watched a horror movie at my room, I screamed like crazy people and ended up hugging Forth for an hour. Forth may not mind to be hugged by me, but it is all about my scream. We are at cinema now, a public place. If I scream later, it will disturb others and must be embarrassing.

No.... I won't scream today.

"Don't worry about me, Forth. I'm okay, but..... Forth.... can I hold your hand?" I reply. Forth gives  me a smirk, and then takes my right hand.
