Sequel chapter seven

Tessa's pov

"Mommy! Mommy! Mommy!" I felt someone land on my stomach. I sat up and covers my self with the sheets trying to cover Chance up too... "who's that?" Said hunter trying to take the sheet off of Chance who had just woken up.

Chance-"WOAH! Hey guys..."

Jax-"Chance!"

Tessa-"Guys get out please! We need to talk..."

The door shut and I looked at Chance.

Tessa-"I swear I locked the door..."

Chance-"Oh...well that just happened."

Tessa-"Here!"

I Tossed  Chance his boxers and he threw me a shirt as I hopped out of bed. I walked to the door and gave Chance a small peck on the lips, while walking down the steps. Jax and Hunter were laying on the couch watching Paw Patrol and I started to make omelets. Chance helped me cook and we talked a bit but not about us.

We called the kids to come eat and sat at the table.

Hunter-"Mommy when are we going to daycare?!"

Tessa-"Wait that's today!"

I turned on my phone, Yup it's today, there first day of daycare.

Tessa-"Lets go guys! We need to dressed and out the door by eight!"

Jax-"Yay!"

They ate and then quickly got dressed while I tried to pack them snacks/lunch and find a bag to put it in. Somehow we made it to the car on time and Chance did too. I drove ya to daycare and had Chance stay in the car, but he came anyway. I joked about him being like a third child and we laughed but hunter and Jax didn't get it... 

I signed them in and then went back to the car. Chance and I drove back to the house and chilled on the couch for a bit....just enjoying the quiet.

"So Uhh Tess, can we talk? Like about last night?" Chance said running his fingers through his hair.

"Uh Yeah... What about it Exactly?" I said knowing exactly what Chance wanted to know.

"Uhh the us part...you know..."

"Oh"I said not sure how to address it.

"So look this is weird but I'm going to say it... I love  you Tessa, I never stoped." He said

"I never stoped loving you..."

I crawled next to Chance and snuggled to his chest.

"What are we?" I said looking up at Chance.

"In love?" He said looking deep into my eyes.

"Chance I don't know f I can do this again-"

"T I'm sorry, I regret what I did everyday and feel terrible about not coming back sooner, you have to believe me. Tessa I love you."

"I love you too, but when you left it was a living hell. Promise you won't leave okay? Then maybe we can figure things out..." I said looking up at Chance.

"I promise.." he said glancing down at me. I leaned upwards a bit and gave Chance a kiss. I still don't know what we are but maybe it's better this way. We decided to watch Netflix and pick the kids up at six thirty so they can be in bed by seven thirty! I love my boys to death but they are a TON of work.

When the show ended it was time to pick them up so we got back in Jakes Tesla and I put it in auto drive. We played some music when thinking out loud came on. Chance and I sung along.

Chance-"Oh baby!"

Tessa-"We found love"

Chance-"Right where we"

Chance and Tessa-"Are!"

Chance-"Oh baby!"

Tessa and Chance-"We found Love right where we are..."

The song ended at I couldn't help but smile at Chance. He hasn't changed in two years which was a good thing but also bad. I really just missed him. The whole two years I tried to shut everyone out of my life, all because I didn't want to get hurt.

Beep!

A car honked at me for no reason as I parked and Chance flipped them off causing me to laugh. We walked into the daycare place and Jax and Hunter ran up to us.

"Chance!" They yelled In unison while giving both of us hugs. I'll admit it, I'm happy they like Chance but I don't want to say anything about him being their dad yet... maybe if Chance and I get back together and things go well we will tell them, but if not I don't want them to know...

"Mrs. Sutton?" Said the teacher.

"Oh Uhh it's Brooks." I told her awkwardly.

"My bad. I would like to remind you that your payment is due today for the rest of the semester." She said

"Oh one minute...how much exactly?"

"9,000"

"Oh uh do you take credit cards?"

"Of course!" She Said

"Crap... mines at the house Uhh can I pay tomorrow morning?" I said hoping

"It's Fine I've got it...$9,000 right?"
Said Chance pulling out his wallet.

"No Chance it's fine!" I said feeling bad but he had already handed the Great her cash and she walked away, putting it in the cash register. "Have a good night!" She Screamed as we left the daycare center...
