Chapter 40

Tessa's POV

We got banned from filming inside the team ten house so I was staying at Tristan's. Chance and Anthony had not uploaded in a good 10 days. Every time I thought about Chance I got butterflies in my stomach. Erika was staying at Kelly's so i hardly ever saw her, and Jake was helping rescue people in Texas, with Chad and kade. The rest of team ten was scattered throughout those three places. It was so weird, that house was full of memories and it felt like team ten was falling apart.

It was four o'clock. I heard a knock on Tristan's  front door  and went to open it. I saw Chanthony and smiled.

Tessa-"Hey guys! How are you?"

Anthony-" good, do you think Tristan would let us stay here?"

Tristan-"Tessles! Who is at the door?"

Tessa-"chanthony! Can they stay here for a while?"

Tristan-"Sure, Anthony can take the extra bed upstairs in my room and Chance can sleep on the couch."

We all smiled. I helped Anthony take his suitcase upstairs and I let Chance keep his clothes in the extra dresser in my temporary room.

Chance-"Thanks Tessa! Really. I know we are not on the best terms but-"

Chances POV

Tessa had turned around and was looking out the window.

Tessa-"I'm sorry!"

Chance-"wha-"

She smashed her lips against mine and before I knew it we were cuddling in Tristan's spare room.

Tessa-"Chance, I still like you. But I don't trust you. Oh who cares about what my brain thinks..."

We kissed and heard footsteps on the stairs. I pretended that we were talking and unpacking Chances things when tony walked in.

Tony-"Wait you two are talking again?!?"

Tessa-"Yeah... we agreed to be just friends though"

Tony helped us put My clothes in the drawers and then we all headed downstairs.

Tony-"I'm going out, I'll be back later!"

Tristan-"So am I. I need to meet with nick and see if we can reason with the neighbors."

Chance-"see ya"

I glanced at Tessa. She looked back at me and smiled.

Tessa-"So we are alone..."

Chance-"Yep... by any chance does Tristan have security cameras?"

I walked towards Tessa and jumped on to the couch next to her.

Tessa-"no... why?"

Chance-"because!"

I leaned in and kissed her. Tessa pulled me on top of her, I kept my arms on the couch being careful not to crush her. The front door flew open.

Martinez twins-"SURPRISE!"

I got up and hugged them. We chatted for a bit and they said that Tristan was letting them stay here on the other two couches! Martinez set up their stuff and laid on the couch talking.
