I peered around the door into the living room. Vergil was definitely gone. His discarded clothes lay on the floor, and the large picture window was shattered.

I met Dante at the broken window, looking out int the woods. He bent down, picking up Vergil's blue amulet.

"I don't think he will be home anytime soon," He said, holding up the amulet.

I took it from him, tucking it into my pocket.  Vergil will be alright, I told myself. I glanced over at Dante. He didn't seem too concerned, but he was a little.

"He'll come back. Hell, I'm sure he will be back tonight."

I nodded, hoping I could trust him.

I had gone to bed early that night. After hunting, my watch read seven when I had fallen asleep. Vergil had come back that night too.

I did not see anything, but Dante had told me everything.

Vergil had come back around midnight as Dante was playing Black Ops 2.

Vergil knocked on the window, grabbing Dante's attention. Dante pulled back the blind, revealing Vergil. He was naked, and was covering himself up with his hands.

"Hey, you made it back!"

"I need clothes, brother. Fetch me some."

Dante left, returning with a change of clothes for him. He dressed, climbing in the open window. He shut the window behind him.

"Thank you, Dante. Where's Cassi?"

"Bed."

He nodded, sitting on the couch. Dante glanced away from the online game to speak with him, "So what was it like?"

"Strange. I can remember everything that happened, but I could not control myself. Next thing I know, I'm waking up on the other side of town, bare ass naked, back in my regular state."

Dante chuckled at him, turning back around to play. But as he began to run, he was killed by another player, "DAMN YOU HELLEN KILLER!!! I'M GONNA MURDER YOUR FAMILY!!!"

"Shhh! Let them sleep."

"SORRY!"

Vergil face palmed, standing quietly, "I'm going to bed."

"Alright. I'm gonna play a little longer."

I remember stirring as he crawled into the bed next to me. I hugged him groggily, inhaling deeply.

"You smell like wet dog, Vergil"

"Really? Damn it."

I closed my eyes, and drifted off to sleep.

When I woke up the next morning, Vergil was sprawled out on his stomach on his side of the bed. His right arm hung off the side, and he was snoring gently. I was barely on the bed, and curled up into a ball. It was chilly, but the summer sun shone in the window with cascading, golden rays of light.

I inhaled heavily, stretching as much as my limited space would allow. Slipping out of the bed, I stood, cracking my back. I dressed, making my way down the stairs.

Dante sat in the living room, Xbox-360 controller in his hands, and Black Ops 2 on the screen. He was playing multiplayer, and was at Turbine, a desert airplane crash site. And one of my personal favorites.
