Mïka's pov:
I walked into the sick bay with fear in what I would see. Instead of seeing Rin's corpse the human girl bounced up to me with her book proudly in her arms. The letters had returned even though I could see that her Kūbatsîz bracelet was active. Now instead of saying her full name on the front cover it just read Rin in large cursive letters.
"I'm the living example of a whole new power!" Rin squealed hugging me ecstatically as she danced around holding her book in the air.
"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked tilting my head to the side in confusion. One of the doctors smiled and gave me my next mission report.
"Apparently all humans have a power that other aliens have a hard time with! We humans have the natural power of adaptation." Rin cheered before punching me. I nearly dropped the mission report as I stared in shock at her.
"What was that for I did you no wrong!" I stated while rubbing my sore arm.
"It was a friendly punch stupid if it wasn't that would have hurt a lot!" She laughed while flipping nonchalantly through her book. I shook my head confused by this human. Maybe grandpa was wrong about their intelligence as a species.
"Alright happy reunion is over it's time for both of you to get on with your duties and make room for my more important patients!" The head doctor scowled the entire time he spoke. I nodded and grabbed Rin's hand practically dragging her out as she suddenly appeared ready to beat someone's face in.
I pulled her out of the cave and towards the shuttle we would be taking. Our next mission was to find humans together. With her knowledge of humans, she could help me with communication as well as finding them. I looked up at Rin who smiled warmly at me as we landed. I turned on the spêtsïalen tracker and she opened her book. I pointed towards the directions of the closest one and we ran into the woods together.
Rin met me in front of a large house. The Zïlïqar parents were around the back so Rin and I had to work fast. This was going to be a difficult mission, even with Rin army side.

"That's 7 human Spêtsïalens not including me!" Rin shrieked excitedly as she waved goodbye to the shuttle a four-year-old girl waving back happily. The girl couldn't really understand what was going on but she seemed happy to wave back at Rin.
Unfortunately, the Žilíqär had made a lot of effort with stealing them away from their birth parents and raising them until they could figure out if they were the heir. The children themselves lived lives of abuse and torture often forbidden to leave their homes. It was no easy task freeing these children anywhere between infants to 14-year-old kids from the Žilíqärs grasp.
The next closest Spêtsïalens appeared to have banded together considering how large the light on the screen was. It was clear that they had learned to group together for support.
My theory was instantly broken when I saw part of the light separate off indicating that it was a possibly unsuspecting group. Probably another group like me and Rin, why had I thought the big circle meant a human group? I was about to scan out the next Spêtsïalen when several grey lights appeared.
"Žilíqär!" I grumbled as Rin tapped her finger along her book carefully. The Žilïqär it seemed had completely ignored us as they quickly started surrounding the larger group. Rin who still probably didn't understand the situation that well yet had her book ready to teleport into trouble.
Of course, she didn't let me have any say in the matter though because before I could formulate a sentence in why we shouldn't go she had already watched the little grey Žilïqär dots begin closing in on their targets with precise judgement and read the words to teleport there to help them.
