Chapter #12 ~Forgotten~

-Nico's PoV-

"Leo!!! Run!!" I yell as i sliced one monster and stabbed another, "Nico look out!!!" I hear Leo scream and i duck just as a monster swiped it's claws at me, i quickly turned, flip my blade over and stuck it in, the monster disingrated.

"Demigods.... the worse has yet to come" I hear a scratchy voice say, and the odd thing is the voice was coming from all the monsters mouth. "SHUT UP!!!!" I hear Percy yell as he dicapitates a monster and stabs another, 

Together me and Leo are hacking away, quickly and we were getting more and more tired. when i turned my head i saw a little boy, i recognize as Ryan from the Hephaestus cabin, he was cornered. "Leo help your brother!!" I yell "What about you?!" Leo screeches back "I'm fine!! go help your brother!!" I yelled as i dodged a claw. "Promise me that you'll be alright" Leo says from behind me, we were back to back. "I promise" I say nodding but with a grim and determined look,

And Leo sealed the promise with a kiss then ran to help his brother.

I turned back to look at the monsters, there were about five of them surrounding me, it would be a miracle if i left here alive. "Come at me you stupid dumbass monsters!!!" I yell angrily and stab my sword on the ground and two skeletons appeared and strangled a monster.

just TWO?! i must be really tired.... 

"RAAAHHR!!!" I hear a roar from behind me and turned around.

Too late it's claws swiped at me, sending me flying and hitting a tree, the last thing i see is Leo screaming, I'm sorry Leo... I close my eyes as the world goes black.

-Leo's PoV-

I quickly stabbed the monster that cornered my brother and helped my brother up "Leo looky!!" little Ryan says and points at Nico, i turned around to see Nico flying and hit his head on a tree and i can hear a sickening crack as his body hits the tree and he falls to the ground. "NICO!!!!!!" I scream and tears fill my eyes as i run towards him.

Nico! you promised you'd be alright!!! you PROMISED!!!!

I ran to nico's side, blood was dribbling out the side of his mouth, his eyes were clossed but he was still alive, but his breathing was shallow and his pulse slowed.

"No! No Nico!!!" I screamed grabbing his shirt collar "Nico you promised you'd be alright!!!" Tears were pouring down my face now "Nico wake up!!! wake up please!!" I screamed into his shirt and looked at him and bent down so our foreheads were touching "Wake up nico!! please please nico! please!" I whispered as my tears dripped on his cheeks.

"Leo!!" I heard a voice say and the other seven demigods were running towards me. the battle was already over. "Leo!" Hazel says and reaches us first and what she see's makes her clamp a hand over her mouth as tears spring to her eyes, "Nico! Leo! what happ- oh gods" Percy says wide eyed and he kneels beside Nico "N-n-nico" He looks shocked and Annabeth places a hand on Nico';s wrist to feel his pulse "He'll be alright you guys.... let's take him to the infirmary" She says and i nod and pick up nico, bridal style.

~Time Skip to the morning~

I was greif strikken. I always layed down beside Nico's bed in the infirmary, i wouldn't leave it, even to eat or drink that the demigods had to bring food to me because i wouldn't leave Nico's side.

but after three days i heard Nico groan and my head shot up, i probably had bags under my eyes but i didn't care "Nico??" I whisper. hopefully, i heard Nico groan again and i quickly grabbed a glass of nectar and held it in front of him as his eyes fluttered open.

"Wh-where am i?" He stuttered and i smiled softly "Your in camps infirmary. you took a pretty bad hit there Neeks" I chuckles and he shot em a glare, well this is new... "do NOT call me neeks. i don't even KNOW you" He growled and i widened my eyes. "You dont'....don't know me?" I stammered and new tears spring to my eyes.

I've been watchign nico day and night. and when he finally wakes up he doesn't even KNOW me.

"Yeah! i don't know you!.....should i?" Nico snarls taking a long sip of the nectar. "Y-y-yeah!" I stammer as tears ran down my face, Nico didn't even have a twidge of sympathy on his face "NICO!!!! YOUR AWAKE!!!" Percy and the rest of the seven screams as they run in the infirmary.

Percy ran to stand beside me "Nico what... what do you remember" He says "Not much...just.... the labyrinth collapsing and then it's fuzzy...." he groans and i gulp as new tears run down my face "W-what" Percy says wide eyed and so did the seven, they looked shocked aswell.

"Yeah, and who the hades are THEY?!" Nico snaps, pointing at hazel, frank,jason,piper and......me.
