Chapter 11

The sun streamed into the room and I rubbed my eyes attempting to get rid of the sleepiness I was feeling. Last night after the whole crying situation Freddie and I watched reruns of so many shows I actually lost count, we were watching The Hoobs when Lindsey came downstairs for breakfast. She seemed shocked to find us both on the sofa but to be honest we did look kind of close as we had the covers over us and my head was rested on his shoulder like it had been most of the night.

"Have you two even slept?" She asked as she poured herself a drink.

"Minnie did for about half an hour." Freddie told her before turning his attention back to The Hoobs.

"Yeah until you moved." I tried to give him evils but I yawned instead.

"It's not my fault I needed piss."

"It'll be your fault when I fall asleep at sixth form today." I got up from the sofa and stretched before heading to the kitchen to attempt to find the utensils to make coffee.

"Did you know that you talk in your sleep?" Freddie followed me into the kitchen and began finding the things himself.

"I do not!" I heard Lindsey laugh.

"You started quoting Happy Feet" He told me whilst laughing.

"It's not my fault that you insisted that we watch it." I stuck my tongue out at him and stole the mug that he was planning on making his coffee in.

"It was the only thing on." He tried to defend himself.

"Keep telling yourself that." I muttered and I heard another chuckle from behind me it was lower this time.

"You two argue like an old married couple." Lindsey mused.

"Like anyone would be able to put up with Fred long enough to marry him." I heard someone joke and I turned around to see Joe stood with his arms around Lindsey watching me and Freddie in the kitchen.

"I agree with Joe." I joked.

"Mum they're bullying me." Freddie whined and I saw Sandy walk into the kitchen.

"I'm sure you deserve it." She answered him and I smirked into my coffee mug.

"I can't believe you're allowing your child to be victimised in his own home." He joked as I drained my drink.

"I'm going to get ready for sixth form." I told them and left the kitchen.

"Good luck." Joe called after me but I didn't think anything of it.

"Seriously Ziggy you've been in there for like an hour, how long does it take for you to get ready?" I had been running on time for sixth form but thanks to Ziggy it looked like I was going to be late.

"It takes time to look this irresistible." He answered me from the other side of the door.

"You're going to work not out on the pull." I sounded snappy but I guessed that was what you get when you only get thirty minutes sleep.

"You never know who is going to need a service." I felt like being a sick a little.

"I think I just threw up." I muttered under my breath and I heard him laugh from the other side of the door, "Seriously Zig I need to go to sixth form if I even want Max to think about taking me back."

"Should've got up earlier."

"Zig if you don't leave the bathroom now I'm going to pour all of your fake tan down the sink." I heard one of the guys call from downstairs and not long after Ziggy shot out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around him and ran down the stairs.
