You wanted to have similar or identical things, so you went for a 'friendship' necklace, which you both wore constantly. You wanted a Galaxy themed ring, and after you bought yours for him, he bought one, but lighter and shinier than the other, and he wanted the darker and more distinctly coloured one as it 'suited him'. It did.

(His are on the left, yours are on the right) You decided to buy each other something for {Pick a Holiday or event e.g. Christmas or valentines day}, and you both didn't mind what you got, so you decided to be sentimental. My heart belongs to who and not all who wander are lonely (I know it says lost on the ring, but it would suit him.

You loved unique things, and you love people and things for what they are, you didn't ask for a crystal or a beautiful ring like that, but the Doctor gave it to you anyway, and you used the TARDIS to go back in time, and you asked Vincent to help you make The Doctor a necklace, you helped with painting the TARDIS, and you made the necklace and the case thing( by gluing and using the components)....yeah... yourself. Vincent was amazed at your skills. The doctor loved the Ring that you made (You made it by yourself). The Doctor used a Gallifreyan crystal to make it in secret, and got someone he trusts to polish it, it has amazing power, and you love him so much for it (Surprisingly, your rings match, many people think you are married, but that's a story for another day... I mean... spoilers?).

You got him mood colour-changing galaxy things, that you... *Ahem* acquired somehow (You didn't steal them... you got the gems and designed the ring and heart clock -it isn't a clock in the picture but it is- locket thing). The Doctor gets you an amazing 'I love you' circular Gallifreyan sort of mood changing compass, pointing to the TARDIS all of the time outside of the TARDIS. He knows he is a hard man to love, and he thanks you for being there.
Which was your favourite? I spent most of the day on google looking for these! I made the collages, but don't own the images.
