Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Arlert, Jean Kirstein, Connie Springer, and Sasha Braus were chatting about seeing Historia again, most of them still openly referring to the queen by her old alias "Krista Lenz." Squad Levi, who had come along to keep things in check (or Eren was there with them to make sure they didn't kill anyone), as they were now the most trusted troupe of Hange Zoe, were chatting about the Paradis Island Ball hosted here not so long ago. Or... it was more like Auruo kept reminding Petra of that time.
"And remember when that song played, and I just swept you off your feet like the gentlemen I am?"
"You should have worn the dress you wore to the ball. Then people would know that you're my lady."
"Remember how you were just there in the crowd before our big dance."
Petra kept staring at the others, the look of exasperation splashed across her beautiful face. Unfortunately, the poor thing could do nothing more than to just put on her most fake smile and reply, "Yes, Auruo."
When Auruo left to remind the 104th portion that he was their boss (as if they needed babysitting with Mikasa Ackerman with them), Petra walked over to Levi, her petite form making the man seem like he was actually tall.
"I wanted to talk to you," Petra said, "About... you know-"
"The... lip-touching thing that Hange got all crazy about?" Levi replied.
"Yeah... that," Petra replied before continuing on, "Let's just put that to sleep for now... at least until I can get rid of Auruo."
You might think that Levi wanted to tell her "no," but he knew that he was right. Auruo would be sure to ruin their existence if he found out about that heated moment, and you obviously know that this wasn't the time for that (*cough* Marley *cough* *cough*)
"You're right, Petra," Levi said, his voice blank, "It's just that-"
"The queen is ready," an MP announced before leading the group to the meeting room that would sub-serve as the dining area.
The two just walked up to the room in silence, but don't get me started on the tongue-biting bastard at this rate.

"It's wonderful to see all of you again."
Queen Historia's hair was tied up into a french braid that was spiraled into a knot to make it look like a fancy hair-bun. She wore a pastel-pink gown that was flowing down to her ankles, upon which you could see white flats (A/N: I. F***ing. Hate. High. Heels.) A royal robe was draped down her shoulders, and a pin with the crest of the Reiss family was adorning her collar.
"It's a pleasure to be within your prescence, my queen," the entire SC group replied monotonously.
"Please," Historia replied, rolling her eyes, but a genuine smile on her face, "Call me Historia. Now sit."
The SC seated themselves before a couple of waiters came forth with trays that were sporting glasses of water.
"If you are in need to request any other drink, do tell me," Historia said, "I will be more than happy to have it arranged for you."
