A/N: I know. My chapter titles are as lame as s**t, but enjoy the chapter itself! Oh, and for those of you haters of Mainlander Eldians, do know that I don't love the Mainlander Eldians, but I feel sorry for them, so I turned my feelings and perspective about them into Petra's POV.

Remember how Eren had that little heart-to-heart with Levi, where he not only revealed his feelings for Annie Leonhart, but revealed a little embarrassing action of Levi (i.e. carving Petra's name onto 3DM Gear). And though Levi was, at first, angered at the Titan Brat for these feelings, as this was the not only the very same woman who stole Petra from him, but this was the woman who had killed countless of innocent soldiers who hadn't deserved this fate she delivered to them, but pretty soon, he remembered Eren's question about what would happen to the Warriors. It put his view on the Mainlander Eldians and the Warriors (A/N: Well, I'm screwed. The Mainlander Eldians and The Warriors both sound like band names) into a new light. But they still were their enemies, so if Levi revealed these thoughts, he might bring a bad name to the Ackerman clan, and make it seem like that he and Mikasa were both traitors.

He thought about this as he sat in his office, thinking about his new perspective, and the damage or healing it could cause, and the consequences of both paths. He needed someone to talk to, someone who could probably make an attempt to understand him. It was at that moment the very person whom he did talk about it with decided to step into his office.

Petra had walked with two cups of tea on tray, as well as a couple of cookies on a plate. Levi was facing his desk, thinking heavily and deeply, when Petra's voice brought him back to reality.

"Heichou?"

Though he was a bit startled on the inside, he made sure not to show it. He made his regular face and faced Petra, who still held the tea tray in her hands.

"What is it, Petra?" He asked, butterflies fluttering in his stomach and praying there was no color on his cheeks.

"Umm, I was wondering if you would like some tea," Petra said, her voice almost in a hush.

Levi was seriously praying that he wasn't blushing now. He couldn't help but wonder if he should make a move now or later. He nodded his head "yes", and as Petra set the tray down, she turned to leave, almost walking out in a rush, but before she could even open the door... just read the rest of the chapter.

""Petra, wait!" Levi called out, upon which she turned around, her mouth curved into a small smile.

"Yes, Heichou?"

I really wish she would just call me Levi.

"Well, what can you tell me about... well, the Mainlander Eldians," Levi said, his voice firm and sturdy, "Since you lived with them for the past four years."

Petra stood there for a bit before walking over to Captain Levi's desk and sitting in the chair across from him. As she got closer, Levi could tell that though her honey-colored eyes were bright, they were also sad. Is it possible that he triggered her somehow?

"I'd love to, Levi Heichou," Petra said before starting her story, "Well, I just have to say they are humans, Eldians. Just like us. Just like us."

The last three words seemed to be more of a whisper than the rest, as if Petra herself wanted to believe it, but couldn't. Levi knew how that felt. After all, that was his reaction when he found out Titans were actually humans all along in the first place.

"Forgive me for this, Heichou, but I met almost all of them over time, including a few of the Warriors... and they are not evil people. But Marley has indoctrinated their minds and stolen away their chances to think straight using their 'authority' over Eldians. They always talk about eradicating the 'Devils on the Island' and the 'Evil People of the Walls', but yet... I can sort of understand."
