St.Andrews.

Hi Harry,

time is going by so fast and this is already the fifth  letter for you .
It's safe to say that I'm doing better, not completely well but Dr House told me she'd be content how everything would be working out.

Maybe I'm allowed to get my phone back after my next therapy session.  Isn't that great !

you won't believe how much I'm relieved that my memories aren't a bother for you.

That you sort of like reading them is more than I have actually expected. Never in my dreams did I see the possibility that you enjoyed the time watching out for Gemma and me.
All other teens treated us different. Looking back I now recognise that I took so much for granted and never really thanked you for all you did.

Quite the contrary, I helped my best friend to keep a secret from her family never doubting her decision and my assistance.
My therapy made me rethink so much but not in that way that I would regret helping Gemma.
The fact that I'm now able to remember and to write about it shows that my therapy is working.

So before I start explaining I want you to give me the benefit of the doubt. I never did anything to harm anyone, it was always to help my best friend.
I understand that you might be sad ,angry or mad about me. Try to see our side. Please, Harry !

Briefly before Gemma's sixteenth birthday Gemna and I went with you to Cork, you remember ? We both had planned to attend some informative meetings at Cork university and you'd offered to crash at your place for three days.

It was then when both Gemma and Louis noticed that there was more than the normal feeling between a girl and her older brother's best friend or a young man and his best friend's little sister.
It wasn't the first time they met. Surely not ! Since Louis's family moved to a small village near Mullingar a few years ago. She had seen him at your house several times  before.

But things were different this time, Gemma wasn't that little sweet girl with piggy tails any longer. She was grown up, a beautiful and adorable young woman. She could have had anything just by smiling at people, showing her dimples.
Let me say she was never aware of the special impact she had on people. She would have never played with them or taken advantage of them. She was the most trustworthy and insightful person on earth. People were never able to distinguish what was more outstanding her personality or her gorgeous face.

So when we entered your shared flat in Cork she literally swept Louis off his feet. I can remember his facial expression, eyes wide open, struggling to close his mouth again. The poor guy couldn't fall asleep this night neither could Gemma.

So it was not really a surprise that they met in front of the fridge in your kitchen at midnight.

He was there to fetch a can of beer and she hoped to find milk to prepare hot milk with honey. They stayed in the kitchen for hours talking unnoticed by anyone eventually . What happend just coincidentally the first night, they arranged to meet the following nights.  They just talked, Harry. Wanted to get to know each other !

Gemma let me know that in confidence later. When we left Cork Louis kissed her goodbye on the cheek and promised to stay in touch.
Gemma was so torn, Harry.
I suggested to talk with you, but she feared to risc the friendship between you and Louis on one side and on the other side she knew about your parents' strict opinion regarding relationships between different denominations.
