Beep Beep Beep Be-
I slammed my hand down on my annoying alarm clock before throwing the covers off my body. I stretched as I slowly stood up off my bed and onto the cold wooden floors. I rubbed my eyes as I walked to the doorway between mine and Scott's rooms and flicked the light on. My eyes went wide when I found out he was already up, it didn't really process till now that the shower was running.
I shrugged at my stupidity before spinning around and getting dressed in my outfit I had chose last night. After stepping into my heels I walked over to my vanity and turned on my curling iron, waiting for it to heat up as I applied my normal make-up.
I applied some beach curls to strips of my hair before shutting the iron off and doing a once over in the mirror. I smiled to myself at the turn out before heading to the bathroom to brush my teeth, afterwards, I applied some nude lip-stick.
"Scott!" I called out.
"Hallie!" He replied back.
"I'm gonna catch a ride with Stiles. Give me your phone?" I asked, walking into his room where he was grabbing a shirt out of the dresser. He tossed it to me and I caught it with reflexes I never knew I had. I was never good with catching and throwing things, but with these new found things, I think I could actually make it through High School.
I called Stile as I leaned against the door and watched Scott run around his room in a hurry.
"Scott?" I heard Stiles' voice on the other end.
"No, it's Hal, can you come by and pick me up? I wr-" I didn't get to finish before he interrupted me.
"Wrecked your car. Yeah I know, my dad told me, uh yeah I'll swing by. Be there in five." He replied before I said bye and hung up, tossing Scott his phone.
"Be careful on the road, Scottie." I said before slugging my bag over my shoulder and walking down the stairs after hearing his smart reply.
"I always am, unlike someone." I rolled my eyes as a small laughed escaped my throat, leaving a smile on my face.
I heard a honk outside as I grabbed a granola bar out of the pantry, "Bye Scott!" I called out before walking out of the house and shutting the door behind me. As I looked up, my eyebrows furrowed together as I noticed it was the familiar black camaro, instead of Stiles.
I walked over to the passenger side door as the window rolled down, showing Derek clad in all black. "Yes?" I asked, leaning on the door.
"Come by my house after school when you have time, I need to show you something so you don't get hurt." He bluntly said. I nodded before throwing a question at him.
"You drove all the way here just to tell me that?" I asked, a small smile on my face.
"Yes, but I also wanted to give you this one since your old one was smashed to pieces." He confessed, handing me a new phone, an upgrade from my old one.
"Thanks, but I can't acc-" He only raised his eyebrows as if saying 'shut up and take it'. I smiled once more, "Fine, thank you, Der." I said, giving him a nickname. He shot me a glare which caused me to laugh and I swear I saw a smile on his face before he started to roll up the window with my still on it.
"Ow." I yelped. He only smirked before driving off and leaving me on the curb. Before I turned around, I heard the engine of a familiar Jeep from down the road.
I waved as he pulled up beside me, "Hey," I smiled as I jumped into the passenger seat. As soon as I was buckled he pulled away.
"Wait, you were in a car accident last night and after all of that, you're perfectly in tact?" He quizzed, giving my body a once over.
