First off- I want to apologize on how long this story has been on hold.
Second off- I will start to continue writing this story in the next few months.
Third- Thank you so much for reading this story and giving it a chance while it's on hold.
I want to explain why I haven't been writing this story.
1. Writer's block.
When I was writing this story, I was pretty young and had just sprung onto the idea of making this story. I didn't think people would even read it, let alone be put into future reading lists. When I stopped writing, I was having such bad writer's block that I had no idea how I was going to continue the next episode.
Everyday day after the last chapter was published, for like three weeks, I would try and continue it, but after every two sentences, I kept blanking. I had no idea how I was going to a) end the story or b) end the first half of the book- still debating btw.
But my writer's block is slowly going away, I'm wanting to continue writing this story to finish it. I also really want to get to the other season's because they're the best seasons, to me to be honest. But, I'm coming back. Not at the moment but soon.
2. Other Stories
I had many other ideas for stories that I started creating. I have been trying to go ahead and finish my Arabella story. I have a Corpse Husband story and also two Jasper Hale fan fics also being written. One that follows the movies and the other set for after like thirty years later. And another one that's about a single mother finding love after a tragedy. If you would want to read those, please let me know.
3. School and work.
When I had last uploaded a part, it was the second semester of my senior year. It was peak COVID. So, schools switched to virtual learning. I also had work, that I ended up quitting in May. But I was doing two loads of school work everyday, working towards getting my diploma and my license in Cosmetology.
I actually didn't get my license. I passed the test, but problems happened in trying to receive it from the state (which they took the check and cashed it, but I received nothing in return) then I lost motivation to continue doing hair, because of COVID.
I graduated in early June, had graduation in July, along with prom organized and attended by just the Seniors (pretty sad, only like 100 of us showed up, but I got waffle house afterwards with my friends I attended with). Then came the time I had to get a job. So I did. Started applying to places before getting into the place I work at now.
It's a factory job, but it's the best job I've had yet. My other three consisting of working at Walmart and two fast food restaurants. Been there for over a year, was able to get my first car at 18 after working there for four months.
I got a boyfriend (who's 22 now, I'm 19). One of 9 months, and yes it might be really early and we're not engaged, yet. But we're closing on a beautiful house next week. We're moving in together, getting out of our parents' house.
I'm going to be able to live in my own space with my own person. Someone that loves me and cares for me, and understands me. I'm excited.
I'll be able to get my own PC set up like his (he plays Valo, CS, Minecraft and LOL) so I can write on there and play the sims and Valo with him.
Soon I'll be able to write consistently and be able to continue my other stories I have drafted.
Again, I wanna thank you for reading this story and for waiting (if you have.)
I'm coming back, I never left, just struggled with creativity.
I'm in a good place and I'm ready.
See you soon!
