Chapter 28

Kayla's POV

"I really missed you kayls" Luke said pulling me into another hug, "I missed you too Luke" I said, "I thought you were on tour?" I asked, "We have a break for a week, Ashton is outside" he said, I ran to the door and surely enough Ashton was standing there, "Took you long enough" he said while hugging me, I couldn't be happier right now, I had Luke back and they were on break for a whole week.

"Kenzie, I missed you" Ashton said once we pulled back, "Yeah I missed you too ash" Kenzie said as they hugged and shared a long kiss, "Kayls we're going out, come on" Luke said, "Let me go get my phone" I said running to grab my phone and going back down the stairs to where Luke was standing waiting on me, "Bye ash, bye kenz" I said walking out with Luke, our hands joined and his height towering over me.

"Where are we going?" I asked, "A surprise, 'cause I know how much you love them" Luke answered looking directly at me, "I can't even describe how much I missed you" I said, "And I can't even describe how sorry I am for breaking up with you, or how much I missed you, I guess you already know about me hardly eating or sleeping since Melbourne?" He said, "Yes, sadly" I said, "And stop apologising about it, it's over and done with, I've moved on, I just want to look forward and focus on the future" I said, "Im determined to get my dream career, no matter what it takes" I said, "And you will get it, I know it" he said pecking my lips.

"I love you so much Luke, I don't know how I went without you" I said, "And I don't know why or how I went without you too beautiful, and I love you too, more than I could describe" he said, this was so cheesy, but none of us cared, we were just so happy to be with each other again.

"The two of you meet us at the hospital okay" Dad commanded, Ashton and I nodded as Anne and my dad drove off towards the hospital, "Come on Kayla" Ashton said as we grabbed our phones and got in the car, I decided to tweet about our current situation, I tweeted about everything I could.

Ashton pulled into the hospital and we walked in and asked what room Anne Marie Irwin was in, the receptionist told us and we were instructed to wait outside until she had delivered the baby, which I wasn't complaining about, there was no way I wanted to be in watching Anne have a baby.

I texted Luke and told him about what was happening.

To Lukey: annes in labour right now!!

From Lukey: omg really? how long have you been waiting?

To Lukey: shes been in for about an hour now, I'm so excited!!

From Lukey: I want a pic of her when she's born!

To Lukey: of course baby!! I'll be putting one on twitter anyway lol

From Lukey: I'm gonna have a quick shower babe! I'll text you when I'm out, I love youu!

To Lukey: okay, I love you too!

I looked at Ashton who was smiling at me, "What are you staring at?" I asked, "We should take a hospital selfie" he said, I started laughing, "Yeah alright then ash" I said as he brought his phone out and put it on camera and we smiled into it, he clicked the little circle that captures the photo, "Awh! Let's see it" I said, Ashton showed us both the photo, "This ones for twitter" he said laughing as he uploaded it with the caption 'waiting for our baby sis to be born, she better hurry we're bored lol @kaylaoffic'

I chuckled and RT'd the picture, texting Luke random things, as we usually do.

Four hours had passed and we were really really bored now, "I am so fucking hungry and bored" I said sighing, "Same, but I don't wanna go get food in case the baby is born" Ashton said, "I think we should just run to the McDonald's round the corner and bring it back" I said, "Okay, let's go then real quickly" he said as we both started speed walking towards McDonald's.

"Quickly" I said as we scurried back to the hospital, "Im walking as fast as I can Kayla" Ashton said, "Finally we made it" I said as we walked through the hospital to get to where Anne was giving birth.

Ashton and I sat down on the uncomfortable seats again and began eating our tasty and long overdue food, "Kayla Jepson and Ashton Irwin your mother has given birth to a baby girl and you are wanted" a nurse said, Ashton and I shot up at the same time and followed the nurse into the room where Anne and my dad sat with a baby girl in their hands.

"Awh! She's beautiful" Ashton said, "Just like her big sister" I joked, Ashton chuckled, "Do you wanna hold her?" Anne asked, I nodded as she handed the baby to me, she was so small and fragile, I was scared in case I hurt her, "Where's your phone Kayla? I'll take a picture" Ashton said, "In my back pocket" I said, "Oh" Ashton said, I chuckled and grabbed my phone without moving the sleeping baby too much, I handed it to Ashton and he snapped a picture.

"Hello baby, you're so small" I said, "Obviously" Ashton said, "Shut up" I said laughing, "Do you wanna hold her?" I asked, he nodded, "Give me your phone first" I said smiling as he handed me his phone, I have the baby over to him and he smiled as I snapped a picture, he started talking to her.

"What's her name mum?" Ashton asked, "We were thinking of Ashley" Alan said, "Yeah! Baby Ashley Irwin" I said, "Then its settled" Anne said, "Twitter time" Ashton said, I chuckled and took a photo of Ashley, I uploaded the picture of me holding Ashley on to twitter.

I looked at Ashton as he typed away on his phone, probably uploading the pictures on to twitter.

I texted Luke telling him Ashley was born and that he could come see her and he told me he would be here soon.
