Lasting Love

Jordan

Once Jordyn composed herself she attempted to pull out of his arms. This was wrong. Their time had passed. Jordan sensed her becoming distant and refused to let it happen. Determined he was not letting her go again he tightened his grip around her.

"Where you goin baby ?"

"J ... please don't . Stop calling me baby.Things have changed.We're not the same people we were then" Jordyn murmured.

"It doesn't feel that way to me.I still feel the way I did the last time I held you"

"I -I " Jordan cut her off nuzzling her neck.

"That was a lifetime ago J we've both grown up since then."

Pulling away or at least trying to Jordyn huffed in frustration when he wouldn't release her.

"I made you promises that I didn't keep I've regretted that every damn  day  of my life baby "

Jordyn looked at him pain evident.

"I waited for you.After I had Marc I knew you were done with me because by then it was in the paper that you were with her"

Jordan didn't miss the hatred in her voice nor the fact that she didn't refer to Emily by name.

"Jordy it was impossible "

"Nothings impossible Jordan! "she snapped.

Jordan moved closer as she glared at him."Don't come near me."

Ignoring her ,Jordan moved closer still.

Jordyn reached out and slapped him.

It came out of nowhere.Jordan stared at her, stunned.

"Baby I'm sorry . So many times I I fucked up .I failed you.After we made it  your parents became different people.Your father told me whenever I called you were done with me .That I wasn't good enough for you."

Jordyn stopped "They what?"

"Told me in no uncertain terms you could do better than me.To just move on with my life because you had."

Jordan stepped closer still .Their faces inches apart.

"I thought you hated me.Hell you probably do. And I wouldn't blame you if you did .I can't go back in time to fix my fuck ups , I don't have a time machine to go back and change my disaster decisions."

Jordyn felt a sense of deja vu at his words.

The band making it won't change what I want Jordy .That's you "Jordan whispered as he pulled her closer.

"Until you meet someone better "

"There's no one better than you baby"

Jordyn nodded knowing that she would love this man forever. She'd never felt like this with anyone before .

Her heart belonged to him and no one else.

They went to their favorite place "their " spot .It was the room Jordan and his brother's built in the basement  when he was fourteen. Because he was the youngest he'd spent the most time there.He and Jordyn spent hours talking about their future. It was there that Jordan told her he loved her, declared he was going to marry her some day and it was there that they would make love for the first time when the time was right they'd agreed.

Jordan surprised her with flowers , candles and takeout containers filled with her favorite foods.

Jordyn looked at him confused.

"Now you know I can't cook worth a damn babygirl . So I picked up foods from your favorite place "

Jordyn burst out laughing

"What?"

Stifling another giggle she smiled at him "Nothing "

They ate and talked about what came next with his band taking off and where they planned on going as a couple from there. Once their meal was finished Jordan cleared their trash, flipped on the radio and pulled Jordyn into his arms.

One of their favorite songs began to play and Jordan pulled her into his arms.

"I know you're scared baby but we'll make it .We're strong our bond is strong " Jordan whispered nuzzling her neck.

Jordyn ran her fingers through his hair pulling him closer.

"I don't  know how to do this without you."

Jordan pulled her closer "I'm still gonna be here baby just from a distance but I'll still be here "

His kisses turned more passionate His hands roamed her body in a familiar motion.

Jordan cupped her breast as she moaned.

They'd had some heavy make out sessions up until this point but never made love.

That would change that day but Jordyn wouldn't realize it would change her life forever .

Jordan pressed on moving his hand under her bra caressing and squeezing.

He looked in Jordyn's eyes a silent question .

Jordan needed to know it was okay.

Jordyn's sharp intake of breath and the low whimper as the look in her eyes turned desire filled told Jordan all he needed to know.

Pressing himself into her Jordan kissed her "If this isn't ok please tell me."

Jordyn pressed her lips to his ;kissing him like she never had before.

Lifting her shirt over her head Jordyn stood before him in just her lacy black bra.

Jordan swallowed the lump that formed in his throat and took his own shirt off .

He sat down on the couch pulling her with him onto his lap .

Peppering her neck and chest with kisses Jordan traced his tongue along her bra line as his fingers deftly unhooked the small back clasp. He needed to feel her against him.

Jordyn was afraid to touch him. They'd never gone this far before.

"Baby I'm yours please don't be afraid of me. Claim me like I'm going to claim you. I want to mark you and make you ache for just me. I want you to do the same ."

Inhaling deeply Jordyn cupped him through his jeans , his erection prominent.

Shifting Jordan undressed her and rid himself of what was left of his clothes.

He loomed over her kissing her tenderly .

"I love you "Jordan whispered as he entered her for the first time.

He took things slowly and as gentle as possible so she could get used to him.

Jordyn shuddered as she felt his full length fill her completely.

They made love several times that night whispering love and promises to one another .After the final time Jordan pulled her into his arms

"Stay with me tonight baby please I want to hold you all night , feel you in my arms and see your beautiful face when I wake up in the morning."

Jordyn nodded as she laid her head on his broad chest running her fingers through the little smattering of hair that covered it .

"I love you Jordan Knight " she whispered as he rubbed her back humming in her ear.
