I rush into her room and see that the nurses have secured her to the hospital bed.

"What's going on?" Will looks up.

"She's having a bad reaction to the mixture of her pain meds and the sedative whoever was keeping her gave her." I look over to see her thrashing around to try to get out but she can't get free. I look over to them with a scowl on my face.

"You can't tie her down, do you know who this girl is?" They shrug and I sigh, walking over to the bed. I think half the problem may be that she's just scared. When she sees me, she stops moving for a moment but then continues trying to break free.
"Hey," I start in a whisper and she looks up.
"It's okay, you're okay." I lay my hand on top of hers and she looks down at it.
"If I take these off of you, will you stay put?" She nods her head quickly.
"Okay, let me just," I loosen the restraints and she lets out a sigh of relief.

She grabs the sleeve of my shirt and slightly pulls me down, which comes as a surprise to me.

"Where's Brooke?" She asks and I try to respond.

"She's at home-"

"I need to see her."

"Sweetie-"

"I need to see her now. Is she alright? Is she okay?" I gently pry her bony hand off my wrist and hold it in my hand.

"She's fine, she's perfectly okay. You on the other hand need some rest." She shakes her head.

"I'm not going to sleep till I see her." I sigh.

"You can see her tomorrow, now I need you to take care of yourself and sleep."

"No, I need to-" Will sticks his head in the room.

"Erin, I need to speak with you." My heart quivers but he didn't seem distressed so I'll take that as a good sign.

"What is it?"

"Well, we took some of our Jane Doe's blood-"

"Is she okay? Does she have anything?" He shakes his head, looking down at the board with the information.

"No, no sicknesses if that's what you mean. But, she does however have some major abrasions to her wrists and ankles," he pauses.
"And neck? Whoever has done this to these girls is not messing around. They're saying she must've been down there in that basement chained up for at least a week straight to make impacts like that." I nod.

"He probably had her in a collar, that would explain the neck."

"Excuse me, a what?" He asks.

"A collar, Brooke had one on too when we found her. Like a band that goes around their neck attached to a chain."

"Like the kind they use on dogs?" I sigh heavily and nod my head."

"Afraid so." He cringes.

"She also has the same amount of vaginal tearing." He looks down.
"Whoever is doing this is an absolute monster." I get the chills, but shake them off.
