We sit in the dark, both equally disgusted at what has happened. We lost both the girls and Seth, but he hardly matters. Layla's losing her damn mind and he can't fix her. We need a plan to get them back, but what are supposed to do? Go knocking on the door of the 21?

"What did you have to tell her?" I ask, holding my drink out for a refill. He sighs and shakes his head.

"I told her I'd get them back, what else could I have told her?" He fills me up and I bring the glass to my lips.

"So you told her. What's that plan?" He turns his head towards me.

"What?" I set my glass down and stand up.

"What is the plan to get the girls back?" I smirk.
"You know Layla will go nuts without them, she's practically holding on by a thread as it is,"

"Do not speak of her like that." He interrupts and I scoff.

"What are you going to do? Cut me open? Gut me like a fish?" I laugh and shake my head.
"You won't do a damn thing, cause you need me and you know it." He scoffs and shakes his head.
"You can't even say anything."

"Okay here's the deal." He starts.
"I need you to do something for me. Think you can deal with it?" A smile creeps onto my face.

"It'd be my pleasure."

I feel the warmth of her body against mine as she lays against me on the couch. Her head rests on my collar bone, her legs sprawled across the ottoman. She adjusts the blanket, snuggling closer to try and warm herself a little more.

"Comfy?" I ask quietly and she nods. She turns her head slightly to look at Noah, sitting in another chair entirely.
"Are you sure you don't want to come over here?" She shakes her head and I shrug, it's just going to take her some time, it was the same way with Brooke. It just takes trust.

Brooke turns her attention back to the screen and relaxes against my body. I chuckle as I watch her desperately try to understand what's going on.

"So, what are we even watching again?" She asks and I check the title.

"Clueless." She nods, still trying to process the plot. Personally, I've never been a chick flick kind of girl, but it was the first thing we found. I reach over to the side table and pick up my coffee, trying desperately to try to warm up. It feels like a blizzard outside, and the heat has been having some issues.

Brooke holds her hands out and I nod, understanding what she wants. I pick her cup up from the side table as well, but I'm not about to give this kid coffee. Are you kidding? She'd never go to sleep. So, she settled for hot chocolate instead. After setting the cup in her hands I turn to look at Noah.

"Are you sure you don't want anything? I could make you some hot chocolate, dear." She slowly nods her head hesitantly and I smile at her.
"Okay, just a few minutes and I'll be back." I slip out from behind Brooke on the couch and walk into the kitchen.

"Here, let me help you." I hear her say, waking into the kitchen, as well. She comes to stand next to me and sighs heavily.
