Jonah's POV:
I was browsing through my social media, when I heard a knock on the door. I opened it to see Cyrus. "Heeeeyyyyy, Cyrus!" I said to him."Hi, Jonah. Can I come in?" I nodded and held the door open.
He sat down on my couch and told me, "So, we've been dating for a while and I realized something."
Oh, no. Is he going to break up or something?
"I'm not saying I want to break up or anything."
Oh, thank goodness.
His expression got serious. "But, the whole time we've been dating, all we've ever really done was make out. Maybe, we could do something different?"
"Yeah, of course. You're right. We should do something else besides making out."
We walked out to find someplace, anyplace, for a date.
———
"What about the carnival?" I suggested.
He quickly shook his head. "No. Don't want another shoe incident. How about the Spoon?"
"You mean the place we always hang out? Maybe we should go somewhere different for once."
"There's that new arcade that just opened up. We could go there."
"Yeah! Let's do that."
We ran around, trying to find the place, when we finally found it. Pixarcade. I asked, "Kind of a weird name for a place like this, don't you think?"
Cyrus agreed. "Yeah, it really is. Maybe it's the company brand or something?"
We walked in, and both of us beamed. It was so beautiful. Games stretched out everywhere. A small food bar off to the side. We went to play a few arcade games. Dance Party, Namcap, Moria.
Both of our stomachs growled, and we look at each other, laughing. I held out my hand for him to hold. "Shall we get some food?"
He grabbed my hand. "We shall."

Cyrus's POV:
We ordered hotdogs for lunch. Jonah gave me a bottle of ketchup. "Ketchup for the sir?"I chuckled. "Oh. What a gentleman." I took the ketchup and put it on my hotdog. "This is fun. Why haven't we done this more often?"
Jonah shrugged. "I guess we've just been busy making out."
We both laughed. Jonah put his hand on mine. "Cyrus. Why did you suddenly start worrying about this?"
"I was scared. All we've done was kiss. I didn't want that to be the only thing in our relationship. Don't get me wrong. I love it, but at the same time..."
Jonah stopped me. "Don't worry, Cyrus. You're right. Couples try new things together. Not just do the same thing over and over. I'm glad one of us realized that."
I blushed. "Yeah. If not for that, we wouldn't have had such an amazing day. Just the two of us, alone."
———
We arrived at Jonah's house. "I had a great day, Cy. Let's do it again." His face looked sad. "By the way, since we're trying new things, does that mean, no more kissing?"
"I never said that. I just wanted us to do more than just that."
He smirked. "Well, we did just have a long day. And we are at my house..."
I stepped forward. "We could watch Netflix."
"I could put on something boring, so we're forced to do something else during the movie."
"What are we waiting for, then?"
Jonah pulled me in, and locked the door to his room. Don't want anyone interrupting after all.
