Jonah's POV:
Is this actually happening? Are me and Andi actually going to talk about this?
I sat down in one of the booths, and Andi had just walked in. "So," I said to her, "What did you want to talk about?"
She sat down. "I was never really mad. Well, I was, but... I realized yesterday. The only reason I got mad at you was because I didn't want to admit it."
"Admit what?"
"That you were right. I was selfish the entire time. I couldn't control how I felt. But I could control what I did. I let my jealousy get the better of me, and for that, I'm sorry."
I made a slight smile. "I forgive you."
"You do?"
"Yeah. At this point, it won't matter if I stay mad. The whole reason I was pissed was because I was scared you would ruin my relationship with Cyrus. In the end, I lost him anyways."
"That's another reason I'm apologizing now. In a week or so, we're losing Cyrus. I don't want to lose you too."
I moved and sat next to her, as well as give her a hug. "Now, you're not going to. I'm with you all the way."
She started to laugh. Or was she crying? I looked down at her. She was doing both. "I love you, Jonah. Nothing could change that. But I'm willing to step aside if you feel happy with anyone else."
"Thanks. That means a lot. I-I don't think I'll be dating for a long time after Cyrus moves. He was really the only one who made me feel really happy. Not that you didn't, it's just--"
"No, I get it." She laughed. "Wait, how happy are you saying?"
"Well, when we're alone sometimes, and the bedroom feels just right, he gets on top of me and we start--"
"OKAY! OKAY! Don't continue! I get it!"
"...kissing. I was going to say kissing."
She looked at me. "Oh. I thought you were talking about something else."
The booth got silent. We just stayed quiet for a few seconds. "Should we just call it a day, and head home?" I asked.
"Yeah. We should." she replied. Both of us got up and left.
"Uhh, excuse me! Andi. Jonah." We both turned back and the manager was by our table. "You forgot to pay."
"Oh, yeah. That's right." I gave her a $5 bill. "Keep the change."

Cyrus's POV:
I was scrolling through the old photos of me, Jonah, Andi, and Buffy. Tears started streaming down my face.
My stepdad knocked on the door. "Everything okay, Cyrus?"
I shook my head. "Cyrus, I promise you, everything will be fine in New York."
"No, it won't. Pretty soon, I'm going to lose my friends. My boyfriend."
He sat next to me on the bed. "You'll find someone new. The world is changing. More people are coming out."
"Maybe I will find someone new. But they won't make me as happy as Jonah does."
"I know. You can be sad. You can be mad at us. Your mom and I will understand."
"If only dad and stepmom supported me being gay. Maybe I would've asked them if I could live with them."
"Speaking of, you still have to tell your friends the truth. Whether it's text or in person. As far as they know, those two support your homosexuality."
"Not yet. After we move."
He messed up my hair. "I'll leave you alone. Everything's happening so fast."
He left the room, and I continued looking at the pictures.
