my friends still make fun of me for it. Three years ago, I was voted "least likely to get a date," because apparently, I'm too bossy.
I hate them, honestly.
I used to despise romances, actually.
maybe I was so jealous of couples that I just decided I hated whatever was between them, deeming it as nonexistent because it never happened to me. that was probably the case.
or maybe it was because I strangely wanted to prove my friends right. I didn't need someone to live my high school life in happiness. I wasn't going to get myself a partner simply because my friends made fun of me for not having one.
well, that self-pact didn't quite last very long.
