"you know, don't you?" changkyun asked, scratching his head.

I suppose my awkward stance and pursed lips gave it away.

"yeah," I admitted, as much as I didn't want to make him feel uncomfortable. "I forgot to ask you about it."

he chuckled. "sorry about that. I didn't know..."

he trailed off. he didn't finish his thought, to my immense irritation.

"I mean, just pretend that didn't happen. I didn't mean to bother you or your family. or trespass."

I gave a humorous smirk. "it's okay. just kind of confused as to why you were on my porch at one in the morning."

a great thing about being an observer is telling when people try to think up of something to say.

you just know that the amount of time it takes for them come up with an answer is too long, even if it was by a millisecond.

"just walking around by myself. I like the night time. your porch happened to be inviting," changkyun replied.

"I see," I said.

of course, it was difficult to believe, but my mind convinced itself to show that i did on my face.
