I was one of the last people out of the class, as per usual.

surprising, for a person such as me, who had diligence in my step and intent to get to class written all over my face as I walked through the hallways.

end of the days were different. they always have been.

compared to everything else in life, I was in no rush to leave school.

school simply was my life. ask anyone and they'd agree. with a snort afterward, of course.

so I packed up my things meticulously, zipping both ends up to meet in the middle. jooheon had somewhere to be, apparently, so it was only hyunwoo who waited for me. I didn't mind, I enjoyed the company.

we exited the classroom and I sighed as I looked at my phone.

"aish, all this homework," I complained.

"you say that as if you hate it," hyunwoo said, laughing, knowing fully well that I didn't. I just liked to complain. and show off my AP class, of course.

hyunwoo walked me to the front doors, before bidding goodbye to me to run off with his other equally as fit and muscular friends to the dance studio. I was left with sluggishness in my step as I walked half a mile home.

Yoo Kihyun, a man who'll never say he likes homework out loud.

also very stubborn.

he's a straight-A student with much praise from teachers and school in general, but not so much from home.
