"you've got some interesting friends."

yeah, I saw it coming.

"aha, yeah," i replied, rubbing the back of my neck. "quite special, as i would put."

"i'm afraid to meet the rest of them, if i ever get the chance," changkyun chuckled.

"i would be too if i were you."

moments passed. they were only very short moments, though, before a thought popped into mind. this time, i said it out loud consciously and in control and not in the dumbest possible way.

"if you don't already have a friend group, which i would be surprised if you didn't, you can hang out with me and my friends. they wouldn't mind, i'm sure."

he seemed flattered, judging by his grin. "what makes you say that?"

it's quite ironic, maybe even ridiculous, how he can get a 4.0 GPA but screws up introductions a lot.

sure, once he knows a person, it gets easier, but living without active social interactions in his personal world really took a toll on his life.
