"Mom please don't cry." I'm nearly overwhelmed with all the emotions surrounding me.

"I'm sorry honey, its just that my babies going to be gone, for knows how long!" More tears escape her already red eyes.

"Don't worry ma'am, ill take care of her." My moms gives the dark haired boy a smile before pulling him into another hug.

"II've already told you! None of that ma'am stuff now! It'll be mom soon enough any how. Now you should probably be going, I've kept you long enough."

She pulls me into another hug before stepping back beside a teary eyes Beth.

"Bye guys, i'll keep in touch, keep you updated and all. Love you." I take one last long look at my family before turning towards the woods with Noah following close beside me.

I'm not much of an emotional person, so when the tears build in my eyes I finally realize just how much I depend on my mom. Ever since my dad died, she had been my frame and my glue holding together the shattered pieces of me. And now that Noah is here he is carpenter slowly putting the pieces back together permanently.

I glance beside me to see Noah already looking at me.

"You ok?" His deep voice instantly comfort me.

"Ya... we should get going." I give him a small smile, before taking his hand.

"Well lets get going sugar dumpling." He smirks. I try to keep a frown on my face but I feel it slipping.

"Whatever you say sweet cheeks."

---------------------------------------------

"Your room is 167, on the third floor to you right." The young women hands the key to Noah with a flirtatious smile before sending me a glare. "Enjoy your stay." She says in a sickly sweet to the tall boy beside me. He gives a polite smile before taking my hand and heading away from the wooden counter.

I hate when people try so hard, I mean she was really pretty but her jealous and fake demeanor ruined it all. It made her as sweet as a fly trap.

I feel Noah tense beside me as we head across the lobby towards the elevator, and his hand releases my mine and snakes around my waist. Good, now that little brat will know he's mine.

It must be the mate thing, for me to feel so hostile towards a person just because of some looks, and some tones, and he body moti- exactly my point.

When we reach the elevator Noah pushes the up arrow and it opens instantly. Finally some good luck. We step inside, and the doors close leaving us as the only two passengers.

I hear Noah mumble under his breath, so I turn step away and turn towards him.

"What was that?" I ask, a sour look on his face.

"I said, damn assholes." He keeps his gaze small an angry look on his face.

"Who?"

"Those guys eyeing you up in the lobby!" he spits it out, a small growl escaping with his venomous words.

"What guys?" I didn't see any guys, just that plastic Barbie doll.

"You didn't see them? But they were practically drooling!" His face turns into a shocked one.

"Kind of like that blonde bimbo." This time I mumble my mind fuming.

"What?" He seriously couldn't have missed he looks, I mean she was practically undressing him with her eyes.

"The receptionist." It comes out in a duh tone, and his face looks even more confused.

"What about her?"

"She was pretty much letting me know she wants to rip my guts out so she could shove her tongue down your throat!" I spit the words out and my wolf snarls inside of me, if that girl gives me one more look, she's going to need to go to the wig store.

"So, you didn't see those guys?" He still looks shocked.

"No, I was to busy thinking of ways to kill her You didn't notice the receptionist?"

"No, I was thinking of ways to show those guys you're mine." His icy gaze meets mine, and I can't help but laugh.

Before I know what's happened though I'm swim over a hard boulder and am being jostled as Noah moves down the carpeted hallway. I keep laughing even when Noah unlocks the door and shuts it behind us when he steps inside.

The laughs turn into gasps for air, and my eyes start to water.

This happens every once in a while, for some random and not very funny reason I start laughing uncontrollably.

Noah tosses me off his shoulder and I hit the bed so had I bounce off. I hit the floor with a thud, and another wave of laughter courses through me.

I now lay between Noah's tall figure and the guess sized bed, laughing so hard gets are rolling down my face into my fanned out hair.

Noah starts to reach down to help me up, but he somehow trips, landing face first beside me. I gasp for air as I laugh harder. He lets out a groan before lifting his head to look at me.

"You're not very nice." A smirk spreads on his face.

"I- I never- never said I was." I barely get the words out with all my laughter. His Amarillo grows before he pushes himself up into a push-up position and moves his arms an body so he is hovering over me.

My laughter finally starts to become normal again as a shiver runs down my spine.

He starts to lean down towards me and my breath hitches, cutting off my laughter completely.

I raise my gaze to his icy blue eyes that are only inches from mine.

"Well looks like you got the ball, what are to gonna do? because this floor is starting to get uncomfortable and I-" He dips his head and cuts me off, his warm lips pressing to mine. I smile against the kiss, and raise my hands to his chest. Running my hands over the smooth planes of his chest through his black shirt I reach his sides and accidentally wiggle my fingers. His eyes shoot open and he sucks in a breath.

"Are you ticklish?" I ask in disbelief that a man as... well manly as Noah is ticklish.

"No!" he answers a little too quickly. I smirk and wiggle my fingers more. He sucks in another breath, his face going red before he falls to his side laughing. His laugh makes me fill with sunshine, literally. I get all warm and fuzzy inside at the sound. I start to laugh with him as his laughing increases until he is sucking for air.

Finally I give a little mercy and stop. I peck his lips before pulling myself off the ground.

"Lets get to sleep sweet cheeks." I tell the boy on the floor before I crawl into bed. I hear shuffling as he pulls his large frame from the ground and crawls in beside me.

Strong arms wrap around my waist and pull me into his warm chest. He plants a soft kiss to the top of my hair before whispering.

"Night, sugar dumpling."
