I slowly open my eyes and take in the dim light filtering into the room from the cavern ceiling. A yawn forces its way past my lips as I realize Noah isn't in the bed anymore.

I slowly sit up and pull myself out of the covers warm embrace.

Noah?

Main room.

Our short mental conversation brings me fully awake, so I make my way into the main room, pulling my long hair into a messy braid.

I exit the short hallway into the warm main space. My nose is at attention to the smell of breakfast, and m eyes take in my father, brother, and mate sat around the large table listening intently to Tala.

"Ah, nice of you to join us Silver." Tala's sharp eyes meet mine as I walk barefoot across the rock floor towards the group.

"Morning." I take a chair beside Noah and across from Maxon who sends a smile my way.

"We have just been discussing that we would like to see you fight. I have never known a wolf or person to fight better than Maxon, and yet he couldn't even land a blow on you. But your mate disagrees." She sends a sharp look at Noah before looking questioningly at me.

"Of course, who do you want me to fight." I keep my eyes on the pot of food over the stove, but glance at Noah to see a hard expression on his face.

"Wonderful. And I will gather the ones. meet me at the village in thirty minutes." and with that she left the room faster than I thought her aged bones would allow. But in all honesty she didn't act a day over 30.

I get to my feet and make my way to the cooking lot to find it filled with roasting potatoes and meat.

"Do you mind if we watch you fight?" I look over to see Maxon squatted down beside me.

"Of course not, you want some breakfast?" With a nod from him, I take the pot off its hook over the fire and carry it to the huge wood table. After a search for plates and silverware we l take a seat and dig in.

"Here she is here she is." I hear Tala whisper to the group of men she has around her.

"Her? I could break her like a stick." One burly man says as he eyes me walking over.

I have to hold in a smirk as we reach the group.

"So these the people you want me to fight?" I stop a few feet away and plant my hand on my hips.

"Yes. Now since you dot know them I will pick your first op-"

"I want him." I interrupt her, pointing to the man who said he could beat me.

He walks forward cockily with a big smirk on his gruff face. He stands about six and a half feet tall, covered from head to toe with rippling muscles.

Piece of cake.

"Like a stick ya?" His only reply is a strained groan from under my foot. I put a little more pressure on his neck before pulling away.

"Who's next?" I crack my knuckles and face the group of men again. This time they look a skittle hesitant but one finally steps forward.

Too bad he has a pretty face.

After 3 broken noses, 2 broken arms, and 4 knocked out teeth there is only one man left.

He steps forward slowly, and I can see by his cautious movements he is t like so many of the others he won't try to overpower me with strength. He is going to try to wear me down before attacking, too bad I'm not waiting.

I rush him feinting to the left and then swinging around for a kick to his face. He just barely catches my ankle, twists it hard to the left and I spin around and land in a push up position. Before h can try to jerk me around I tuck my head roll back towards him. I use my momentum to make him lose his balance and he comes crashing the ground hard.

In his fall his hand lets me go, so I spring to my feet before he can recover.

He groans before starting to raise up, but before he gets anywhere I plant my foot in his back and push him back to the rock floor.

"That was amazing." Tala's voice is pure excitement a she leads me through the village with Noah and Maxon. "I knew you would be able to fight well like your brother here, but you have exceeded my wildest imagination with your skills."

"Uh thank you, but where exactly are we going?" I decide to ask as we reach the outer ring of houses.

"Oh, to the store houses, we need to find you both some new clothes and supplies."

A stop in from of house slightly large than the others and wait as Tala pulls a key from her fur coat and unlocks the door.

Inside clothes are piled to the roof and supplies at stuffed in every corner.

"Well this could take a while." Noah says with a smile as we head inside.
