A/n- A CRAP DRAWING OF DOTTY^^

Fionn wanted to go into Primark, nobody else wanted to. He didn't mind going alone but Dotty offered to accompany him as she didn't have any specific places she wanted to go to. The pair entered the shop, the girl following the guy around as he browsed the stock. They were silent most of the time until Fionn tried on some sunglasses and turned to the girl pulling a random face. Bursting into a fit of giggles, Dotty clutched her stomach, he did look very funny with cupcakes sunglasses on. "What do you think?"

"Gorgeous." She giggled as he placed them back into the rack. Fionn flipped his hair dramatically waving her off as a joke before tugging her arm over to the girls clothes section, specifically to the dresses. "What are we doing here?" She asked him.

"I thought you'd want to have a look." He shrugged. "Wait you aren't the type who hates dresses are you?"

"I don't hate them, I just partially dislike them but will wear one if I have too." Stated Dotty, "jeans and leggings are more of my choice."

"Do you want to go over to there then?"

She shook her head, "no it's fine, we came in here for you remember."

Fionn flicked through some dresses, studying in them as he spoke. "Yeah but it doesn't mean you can't look, Dot." He glanced at her showing her a flowy, yellow dress with simple lace patterns around the neck line. "This would look nice on you."

Dotty stepped closer to the boy and took the dress into her hands and looked over it. It was really nice. Simple yet nice. Fionn watched the girl as she admired the dress, a look of debation on her face. "When would I wear it though?" She asked him.

"A party maybe, I'm sure your friends have them."

She shook her head, "My best friend does, but I don't go. Neither do I go to my other friends'."

"How come? If you don't mind me asking?" Fionn questioned watching her as she checked the price and looked for her size.

"I don't get invited you see, not anymore. I was quite busy growing up, with  school work and scouting. Then when parties came along I was visiting family or my dad was home from work and things. Now they just don't invite me. I'm not bothered by it, I was at first, but now I just see it as family is more important than getting pissed at a party." Dotty told him, "but I'll buy this anyway, I'm sure there'll be a time when I can wear it."

"When you do, send me a picture, then I can tell you I told you so." Fionn nudged her shoulder playfully. He noticed that the girl hid the size she was buying, it puzzled him, Dotty was not fat, but she wasn't very skinny, she was average weight, a little thick but not overly, you could still see a lot of her bones. "You don't have to hide the sizing, Dotty, I couldn't care what size you are. It shouldn't matter."

The girl could feel the heat rising up her neck and she looked down, removing her hand from the label. U.K SIZE 14. "I don't for anything other than tops and dresses." She said quietly. "That's where I feel, I dunno, not the best, if you get what I mean."

"Why? You shouldn't put yourself down, size doesn't matter-God that sounded wrong- but you get what I mean, if you're a size 20 or 8, the only person who should care is you, but not put yourself down about it, just care and flaunt it." Fionn spun around and ran his hands down his body, "Because we're all made specially to ourselves and we are all gorgeous."

Dotty smiled at him as they continued to look around the clothing. "It's not my body size, well it kind of is, but not waist or anything. More like certain things that bring my top size up." Fionn raised his eyebrows at the girl, "To put it bluntly, my tits are the problem. I don't like the size of them." Normally if someone commented on the size of something it is natural for the person they were talking too, to look but Fionn decided against it. It would be rather weird for him to look at her boobs, and would come across and rather perverted.

"I don't understand." He said, "come here." He sat down on a seat where people could sit to try on shoes and patted the seat next to him. Fionn's a rather awkward guy, and in these sort of situations it was worse, but he wanted to understand Dotty, she was his friend after all and with no other girl around her at the moment, it would be nice for her to be able to talk about her problems. Now, he might not be able to help, but offering moral support might have to do.

"Most girls would kill for, how should I put it, rather larger boobs, but I don't. I matured quite early compared to most girls at school, now I'm not one of the girliest girls out there. I enjoyed playing football, rugby and lacrosse with the boys, not worrying about the mud on my uniform or if I looked like I had just been dragged through a swamp, but when I started to go through puberty it was the worst. I hated it. I didn't want these changes, and I certainly didn't want boobs. I haven't got overly big ones but they're still bigger than other people's and that means I have to get bigger sizes and it's just awful-shit, you probably feel really uncomfortable right now, I'm sorry. You shouldn't have to listen to this. Uh-" the girl started to stress and her cheeks held a rosy flush before her hands covered them.

Truth be told, Fionn did feel slightly uncomfortable but at the same time he couldn't care less. He tried not to show the awkward feeling he had and hoped that his cheeks were not as red as hers. Instead, he slowly placed his arm around her shoulders giving them a small squeeze. "It's fine, better having it out there rather than cooped up. I didn't expect to come to Dunkirk and talk about this sort of things in the middle of Primark but oh well. It happened. Still though, Dotty, you shouldn't worry, in fact you should be proud if anything, you have what most girls want, but it's okay to not like something about your body. However, isn't of dwelling on your dislikes, tell me something you like about yourself."

"My eyes." She commented.

This made Fionn stare into them. They were bright but he couldn't tell straight away what colour there were, he knew they wasn't  brown, he knew they wasn't blue. The light in the shop wasn't helping at all, it was quiet dim leaving shadows to fall onto their faces. "What colour are they exactly?"

"Grey. A very bright grey."

"So you have long blonde hair, freckles on your nose and cheeks with bright grey eyes, glasses that rest on your face and slightly crooked teeth?" Dotty nodded slowly, "Nice. Different but a good different."

"Thanks?"

"You are very welcome my friend, now are we going to finish shopping in here and then go find the lads to get food or sit here all day?" He grinned standing up, pulling her up with him.

"I don't mind, it's been fun just us two."

"It has hasn't it?"

"Very much."
