It seemed that over the weeks following, Dotty had many visits from her friends who wanted to make sure that not only was she doing okay but that she was still having fun despite her heart problem. However, along with company came many hospital visits. She was given many medications and had lots of scans all of which confirmed her dip in health.

Dotty wondered how Fionn was dealing with it all. With his career growing, his new play being spectacular if Dotty was to say so herself, how did he manage to look after her the way he did? If he wasn't at work or with his family he was with Dotty, accompanying her to hospital appointments or just spending his day with her and making her happy.

One weekend Fionn was out for a stag-do for one of his school friends (which he was going to blow out off but Dotty insisted that he should go and have fun). That particular weekend Dotty decided to stay indoors and spend some time by herself. After posting some photos on Instagram, Dotty concluded the reason why she never used it in the first place; she really couldn't keep it private. Even though she did place it onto private it didn't stop her from not getting many requests from people who were fans of the guys that realised that they were friends and wanted to follow her and find out more about her. Now, she liked fans of the boys, many were sweet and supportive of her friends but many didn't like the fact that she knew them, especially some directioners.

Instead, Dotty decided to take herself off of private because she didn't want to say no to people because it seemed horrible and there was no point if she was just going to accept everyone anyway. She hadn't posted since the little photo shoot with Barry and Shona having decided that being an "Instagram Witch" was rather confusing and out of her comfort zone. Fionn supported her decision and had no objection of her posting about them because he knew that she wouldn't spam it so much.

In bed, Dotty laid with her laptop on her lap. Like many people whom surf the world of YouTube, Dotty found herself watching random videos which initially led to her watching some Jeremy Kyle clips.

"Then don't shove a kinder egg of drugs up your bum!" Dotty yelled at the screen, "honestly, it shouldn't even have to be common sense! Just don't do it!"

"Well that was certainly something I didn't expect my daughter to shout," chuckled Chris from the doorway.

Dotty smiled innocently and twisted her laptop around to show what she was watching before putting it on pause and placing it on her bedside table. She shuffled over so that her dad could slip in beside her and cuddle his daughter. "Have you heard from Mr and Mrs Mulligan about meeting you?"

"No. They haven't replied to my last email that I sent months ago so I have just left it. To be honest, I haven't really thought about them much. I have bigger issues and I already have brilliant parents." Dotty respondes laying her head on his chest.

Chris nodded, "fair enough. How's your heart?"

"It hurts a bit but I have taken my tablets so it should be okay." Dotty brushed her hair back and closed her eyes. "Can you just wake me up when it's all over?"

Chris rubbed her back gently, "I wish I could darling, I wish I could just take it from you and put it in me but sadly life doesn't work that way."

Dotty sighed, "I know. You know at my last visit to the hospital a nurse suggested that I write a list of things I want to do just in case. I've tried but there is only two things. I can't think of anymore."

Chris shook his head and bit his lip, "you shouldn't have to make a list, Dotty, because you are not going to die. I won't allow you to do so."

"I just want a book of mine published and to see the movie. I want to see what you and mum and the boys worked so hard for then I'll be happy and if I die it won't be so bad." Dotty told him, "I'm proud of you daddy. I'm proud of mum. I'm proud of each of the boys. So when I watch the film it will be the best day of my life."

"Are there any places you want to visit? Things you also want to do? Even small things Dotty, because a movie is not a big thing you know."

"I know, but it is for me. It was where I met my best friends and my boyfriend and the best place that I have ever worked! It had changed my life and turned to upside down. But there are plenty of places I want to go but if I don't, then I don't mind because I have everyone I need in my life right now."

"Darling, name some things. C'mon, anything."

"Hmm, nanny and grandpas? I haven't seen them in ages... the Tower of London... Dover castle... and the lost gardens of Heligan."

"No where abroad?"

Dotty shook her head, "it would be nice but I'm thinking practicality."

"Right, noted."

"Daddy, I love you, you know that right?"

"I know."

"Good, because I don't want you to forget that, ever. Even when I'm gone."
