In the cinema Dotty was sat in between Fionn and Tom as they watched Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. Halfway through the movie, Fionn took her hand and rubbed his thumb over hers not taking his eyes from the screen. Dotty glanced down at their hands and smiled looking up at him.

She studied his face, from his eyes to his hair to his jaw and the small mole that sat their, to his lips. He slightly chapped, pink lips that were pressed together and formed a line as he watched the movie.

"You're missing the movie." Whispered Tom in her ear.

Blushing, Dotty turned back to the movie and kept a smile on her face. Tom chuckled lowly patting her knee momentarily.

Fionn's grip on her hand tightened as he saw her watching the two boys on the screen. "You what to know something funny." She whispered close to his ear.

Fionn turned to her raising an eyebrow.

"At one point, I was like twelve, I fancied Asa Butterfield who plays Jake. And a year ago when Finlay Macmillan was in Waterloo road, the one who plays Enoch, I fancied him too. I have too many fantasy crushes on celebrities to count." She told him. "However, when I read the Miss Peregrine books, I did not imagine either of them playing Jake and Enoch."

She noticed the look on his face, which looked rather sad. "Oh, I don't like either of them in a crush way anymore. Don't worry, you're the only one."

"Niall and Ed?" He asked her.

"Never going to happen is it? Plus, I have you, Fionn. I wouldn't have gone absolutely bonkers stressing over anyone but you, and whether you felt the same way." She leaned her head on his shoulder and placed her other hand on their intertwined ones.

Fionn looked down and with his other arm he wrapped it around her shoulder. "Okay." He said quietly, thankful their voices were so low that nobody could hear them. "If it makes it even, I used to fancy so many celebrities too, Demi Lovato, Pixie Lott, Amanda Holden-"

"Amanda Holden?" Dotty Asked amused.

"Maybe." He blushed and Dotty snuggled closer into him. "What are you doing?"

"I'm not letting Amanda Holden take you away from me." She told him. "Never."

Fionn snorted pulling her tightly into him and turned back to the movie. Harry looked at the pair from where he was sat beside Fionn, having heard everything without them knowing. He shook his head in amusement and turned back to the movie.

After the movie they all agreed to go and have a "cheeky Nando's" as Aneurin had put it. The closets branch being a few miles away. The group swapped it up a bit and instead of Barry and Shona in with Dotty and Fionn it was Jack and Harry. The others staying with Tom.

"I hope you drive safely, Fionnly." Commented Harry, "I can't die at a young age."

"Oh shut it Harold otherwise you can walk." Fionn heated throwing him a look through the mirror. The two cars pulled out of the car park and yet again, Tom followed Fionn.

"What is all of this traffic?" Grumbled Fionn a few minutes later.

"It's not rush hour, it should be fine." Said Dotty, "would there be an event or anything?"

Nobody knew the answer so they sat in traffic, and from seeing in it the mirror, Dotty could see the others confused too. She took her phone and rang Barry.

"Do any of you guys have an idea if there is an event happening around here?" She asked Barry.

Murmurs of conversation was in the background before Barry answered, "Aneurin had a look online and there shouldn't be. It might be an accident though, an ambulance passed us a few minutes back, didn't it? So it might be that."

"Very true. So how's life?"

"Quite boring in this traffic, to be honest."

"You have like four other people with you, it can't be boring. It's not boring with us. We have some banging tunes." Dotty told him.

"Aren't you lucky, No I'm pulling your leg, we've got some tunes too. Anyway, talk in about, traffic is moving again. Laters, Stripey."

The call ended and Dotty turned around and face Harry and Jack who were playing rock, paper, scissors. "So, Harry, are you releasing any solo music?"

Harry nodded, "I plan too. I have a few songs written but I've put it on hold until filming is finished. Between, us all, I think our hiatus isn't just going to be a year long. All of us boys are going other things, we'll be back though, but just not as soon as we originally planned."

Dotty nodded, "Fair enough, is it weird, not being with them all? I know you guys had breaks and things where you'd be without each other but you were around them a lot still. So does it feel weird not?"

"It does. I mean, it's nice not to be with them all of them time, I love them to death but it'll be nice to see each other and have more than a couple of weeks to catch up on. Of course, I still talk to them all and things but it's still nice to be on a break." Harry explained.

Dotty understood but there was a question still on her mind, "I don't know if this is me being too nosey but I have wondered this for a while. You don't have to answer it if you don't want too. After this hiatus, do you think Zayn will be back? Or just you and Niall, Liam and Louis."

Harry furrowed his brows, "I don't know to be honest. It'd be great him being back with us, but if he doesn't that's alright. He's still a good mate and all. Why'd you ask?"

"I guess it's because when I think of One Direction, I still count Zayn. There have been so many rumours too, and I know they're rumours but I just wondered."

Harry nodded his head, and turned to face her properly. "I hate rumours. Because if Zayn does come back, it won't be as much of a surprise because people would be like 'oh I saw it in the Daily Mail' or 'yeah I saw that he was on Twitter', rumours stir shit and give false hope. I understand where you are coming from, personally, when I think of the band, I still think of Zayn, after all we all made One Direction, he was there from the beginning and even though we are still a band without him, it is weird singing the older songs without him."

"I presume it's like the transition from secondary to sixth form and college. You go through five years go school with a group of people and after that long summer, some of the group might not be there but you still think of them in the group. You had experienced so much and it's not easy to forget the memories. You just have to carry on, despite how weird it may feel, you soon get used to it." Said Fionn.

"Or like filming a movie." Commented Jack. "You work so long with a group of people and when you finish it feels strange for a while because you aren't spending so much time together with them, and when you do see each other not all will be there. Like Cillian today, he is back home with his family whilst we are here. Doesn't mean he is not in the group, it just means he isn't there at that moment. Some people drift away and you don't talk to them again. Some you stay close buddies with. It's life to be honest, you gain and you lose."

"We'll stay buddies through and through, though, right?" Asked Fionn looking at the two in mirror.

"Obviously, you two won't be able to last without us teasing." Jack told him pointing at him and Dotty.

"Plus, we'll be at the wedding." Added Harry smirking.

"Wedding?" Asked Dotty, confused.

"We can already hear the bells!" Claimed Jack.

"Bells? What bells?"

Fionn placed his hand on her knee, "ignore them, Dot, they're teasing again."

"Why you little-"
