I awoke to little huffs and grunts coming from the side of the bed.

I opened my eyes to be faced with Angelo attempting to climb into the bed beside me.

"Baby, what are you doing?" I asked, groggily.

"I got lonely." He pouted up at me, reaching his arms out.

"Aw my baba." I frowned, pulling him onto the bed.

He curled into a ball, nestling his head into my chest.

"Why isn't daddy here?" He mumbled, sleepily.

"Daddy's on time out just now." I sighed, kissing his head.

"Uh-oh. Daddy bad." He said in a low tone.

I laughed softly, "Short tempered more like." I mumbled.

"Shhh you'll wake him." I whispered to Angelo as he laughed hysterically at Simon's state.

"He looks like a big bear." He giggled, turning to see me.

With him focused on me, I seen Simon's body rise behind him while he silently reached towards Angelo.

Simon let out a large growl as he pulled Angelo into his chest. Angelo let out a scream which immediately turned into laughter.

"I'll show you a bear." Simon growled again, tickling Angelo.

"Alright, careful with my son." I scolded Simon, making my way to the kitchen.

"Oh, mumma can I have muddles?" Angelo asked running to my side.

"Of course." I grinned, placing him onto a stool.

"Adele, can we talk?" Simon asked in a low voice, walking over to me.

"In a second." I nodded, grabbing a bowl from the cupboard.

"I'll wait in the dining room." He spoke, heading to the adjoining room.

"Is daddy going to say sorry for being bad?" Angelo asked quietly, smirking slightly.

"Let's hope he is." I laughed softly, handing him his breakfast, "I'll be back soon. Don't try get down yourself, okay?" I warned, walking towards Simon.

"Adele, I'm sorry." He said immediately then waited for a reply.

When I only responded with silence, he continued, "I had no right to get jealous over your relations when we weren't together."

"Do you understand how stupid you look?" I asked, "You snapped at me for being with someone when I never knew we were still married yet, you slept with another woman even though you knew about the marriage." I said with a steady voice.

"I'm sorry." He sighed.

"You cheated on me Simon. Whether I knew it or not, you came here and called me names of all sorts for trying to move on from, who I thought was, my ex husband while he slept with another woman, knowing we were still married."

"I don't even know what to say. I've always been jealous and possessive when it comes to you, you know that. I know I had no right to be hypocritical but I couldn't help it." He said, holding my hand.

"I'm not going to hold a grudge Simon. You have needs, I know that. Just please think about what you're saying." I sighed.

"I really am sorry."

"I know you are." I nodded, walking back towards the kitchen. "You hungry?" I asked him.

"A little." He nodded.

I took a glimpse at Angelo's plate as he sat playing with his figures.

"You're going to need to eat more than that, my love." I said to him, combing his hair away from his face while passing by.

He whined as I popped in some toast.

"Don't moan, just eat." I smirked, "Still take jam?" I asked Simon.

He nodded with a wide grin, sitting next to Angelo.

"So can daddy come to nana's?" Angelo asked, taking the last spoonful of cereal.

"If he wants to." I shrugged, biting into a slice of toast before placing it on the island.

"You sure that's okay?" Simon asked, looking at me.

"Of course." I nodded.
