Attack on Atlantis

I jogged out my hole in the thorn wall and side stepped so Jerry couldn't see me from inside. I took deep breaths trying to calm down and summoned my wings. "Calm down master. Remember the mission."

"I know but how can he just do something like that so casually?" I said getting angry. "I confessed that I liked his brother and he kisses me!" I took off into the air. I rose up into air and realized it was daylight around me. Ignoring my own rules I rose high into the sky and landed around an hour later after finding the two dragonsteeds.

"Emily!" Pluto said dancing around. Romeo just snorted and stood quietly to the side.

"Do you want to go with Amanda?" I asked Romeo.

"Can he go? He has been moping ever since she left." Pluto said working his way under my arm.

"You can go but let me hide your wings. I don't want people thinking the dragons are coming down the mountain." I summoned Persona my illusion demon and told him what I wanted to do.

"I can fixx da whole thing without illusion. Things created in me neck of the da wood are easily manipulatable." the little demon walked over to Romeo and went to work. He merged the wings into Romeos body and transformed the claws to hooves and finally changed the tail so it was less bulky and more narrow. He looked somewhat like a horse except for the head and tail.

"That'll work just fine just make sure he knows how to release and reform this figure." I said rubbing Pluto's giant forehead.

The little demon backed up and studied his handiwork. "Wha ya call this form boss?"

"A horse but with some hybrid features." I replied.

Pluto looked up and hissed as that was how they laughed. "Looks like you are the younger one now brother."

"I can still turn back. You would do the same your 'friend'." Romeo said walking around to get used to his new body. "Thank you." he said before running off to the town at a speed Pluto could never reach with his bulky legs.

"I hate to do this Pluto but I'm going to ask you go with your brother. It will be easier for people to accept two strange creatures than just one." I said motioning Persona over to do the same for Pluto.

"No! I want to stay with you!" he whined hiding behind me.

"Won't urt a bit." Persona said going to work.

"Emily! I don't want to go. Let me stay with you I can fight." Pluto said as the transformation was completed.

"I can't put you in danger because of my selfish desires. I can't die but you can and I won't let you risk it so aimlessly." I said putting my foot down. It broke my heart to keep him away but I wasn't going to be the one responsible for his death.

"You can't tell me what to do! As your friend I'm going with you." he huffed. Persona dusted his little hands off and went back to my skin.

"And as your friend I will tell you that I can't watch you die because of me. Who knows what those creatures inside Atlantis will do if they catch you. Please don't do this." I said holding his muzzle between my hands.

"Fine but when you finish come and get me." he snorted and I gave him a kiss on the nose before he ran off.

Alone I held a bonfire and cooked two deer and three birds and feasted with my demons. I consumed a whole bird but they ate the rest and went hunting for more. I slept the rest of the day and woke up as the rain started to pour. Night was here but so was the rain so I was forced to fly in the wet and have limited visibility.

Luckily for me and my target the rain stopped as I reached the ocean south of the intended target. Atlantis glowed in the distance as I closed my wings along the white sand. The beach was sand until about fifty feet in front of me where it hit giant rocks then a hill before becoming ragged cliffs that continued further then I could see. I walked up the hill and peaked over its top at the platou. It was covered in elves dressed in full armor and skeletons with dangerous weapons.
