Chapter 13

Jade's pov

I woke up hearing yelling coming from the kitchen. I rolled over to my other side to see that Jack was not there. I got up and walked out of the room. I closed the door and slowly walked into the kitchen. I saw Jack and his mom arguing again. I really did not wan to interrupt but it was getting out of hand. "HEY!!!!" I shouted. The stopped yelling and looked at me. "Look I know you guys aren't really on good terms right now but can you at least stop yelling and fighting like children. You guys need to grow up and start acting your own age. Have I made myself clear" I said as they nodded there heads. I really hate being the mom at this point but someone had to say it. I walked back into Jack's room as he followed. "Babe I'm really sorry" He said. "Whatever I'm not mad" I said while getting back into bed. "You know we have school today right" He said as I looked at my phone. "It's Saturday" I said. "Oh" He said as he laid down next to me.

Hours passed as we laid there in silence. We haven't really paid attention to each other sense we were both on our phones. Someone knocked on the door so I got up and opened it. It was Kim "Hey how's it going?" She asked while walking in. "Kim what are you doing here?" I asked her. "Well I was getting lonely and Zane hasn't been fun to hang out with so I came here to see the best couple in the world" She said smiling. "More like the most silent couple in the world" I said looking at Jack. "Did you guys get in fight or something?" She asked worried. "No we just have nothing to talk about" I said sitting down on the floor. "Why are you sitting on the floor?" Jack asked still looking at his phone. "Because the floor is comfortable" I said looking at my phone. "So your saying my bed isn't comfortable" he said looking at me. "Come on you guys don't fight in front of me" Kim said as we both looked at her than at each other. "Sorry" I said looking back at my phone.

I guess Kim was getting tired of the silence because she came over and took me and Jack's phones. "HEY" Me and Jack both shouted at the same time. "You guys have been on your phones the whole time I was here and I'm getting tired of it. So we are going to go to the park and spend time together like we used to" Kim said looking at us. "I don't want to go outside" I said to Kim. "Well your going to anyways so let's go" She said while grabbing both of our hands and dragging us outside. "Kim come on can we go back inside please" Jack whined as Kim dragged us to the park. At the park we saw the bullies and Zane. Just great the bullies are here and Kim is not going to let us go home. "Kim can we go to a different park" I asked as I looked at the bullies. "Nope" Kim said looking at Zane. "Does someone have a crush on Zane?" Jack asked Kim. "What no no no no no NOOOOO" Kim said while running away.

We chased her all the way around the trees, around the playground a few times, and then to Zane. We bumped into him and fell on the ground. "What the- What are you guys doing here?" Zane asked as me and Jack pointed at Kim "Ask her" Me and Jack said at the same time. "Kim?" He asked. "Yeah Zane" Kim said. "What's going on?" Zane asked. "Well you see Jack and Jade were on their phones and they weren't talking to each other. So I took their phones and dragged them here" Kim said smiling nervously. "Ok but why the park?" Zane asked raising an eyebrow. "Well I like the park and we like the park and...." Kim didn't finish. "Kim did you come here because you knew I was going to be here?" Zane asked as Kim nodded her head. Zane sighed and hugged her. "You don't need to tell me I already know" He said as they broke apart.

"Wha-" "I know you like me I knew all along and to be honest I like you too. When I realized that I couldn't be with Jade I knew this was a sign that I have to be with you. So Kim will you be my girlfriend?" Zane asked as me and Jack high fived. "YES!" Kim yelled as she jumped into Zane's arms. After a long day at the park we went back home. Kim and Zane decided to send the night since they didn't want to walk back home. We all decided to watch a horror move together out in the living room. Me and Jack grabbed blankets and pillows while Zane and Kim grabbed the snacks. We set up every thing in the living room and put in The Conjuring. This movie was our favorite horror movie of all time. Kim has never seen it so this was her first time.

When the movie ended me and Kim cuddled with our boyfriends and fell asleep. I was surprised that the bullies didn't attack us at the park. I wonder if they realized we were there. Eh I don't know. All I know is that t's all hell on Monday when we go to school. Everybody's going to know that I shoot 5 of my dads agents. And everyone's going to find out about Kim and Zane. I don't want to go to school on Monday I already know it's going to be bad.
