olivia:Nagbond lang kami ni Mommy the whole day; we pampered ourselves—nag-shopping kami, bought clothes with the same style and color. Kumain sa buffet, nagpa-foot spa tapos mani & pedi. Nag-change hairstyle rin kami, mommy had her hair colored into Burgundy red while I opted for a bob cut. That's the shortest hair I ever had.
9 pm na kami nakauwi, it was a well spent day kasama si Mommy. Ang saya na we were able to do those things again. This time, ako naman 'yun'g taya.
I also bought gifts for my two sibs, isa'ng cute white back-pack for Aurora habang new pair of shoes naman para kay Maru.
Of course, makakalimutan ko ba ang gift ko for my Dad?
I knocked on his mini-office's door at nadatnan nga siya'ng busy sa laptop niya.
"Hey, Dad."
"Yes, anak?" Habang busy pa rin sa laptop niya. Nagside glance lang siya for a second.
"Can I have a minute?"
Napatingin siya sa'kin.
"Sure. Bakit?"
I smiled and walked near him.
"I bought you something." Sabay bigay nang paper bag.
Tinanggap ni Daddy ang regalo ta's pagbukas niya ay napanganga siya. It was the recent book sa binabasa niya'ng sci-fi series.
"I was planning to buy one this weekend!" Sobra'ng hyper niya bigla.
"Well, you don't have to na."
"Thanks, Olivia."
"No worries. Anything for you, Dad."
"Where's my hug?"
Natawa ako and gave him a hug.
"Ang laki na talaga ng prinsesa ko."
"I'm still your princess, right?"
"Always, anak."
I smiled and buried my face sa shoulder ng ama ko. Hindi ako mawawalan ng lalaki sa buhay for I have someone like him who truly loves me unconditionally.
Fine, you may include Maru.
"Oh by the way, you look good on your new hairstyle." Pansin niya kaya natawa ako at tiningnan si Daddy. "Kamukha mo na tuloy 'yun'g mommy mo. Tsk, lalaki na naman ang ulo nun."
I snarled my lips.
"Binubully mo na naman si Mommy."
"Sus, 'di naman niya naririnig."
