Lexa walked in to her house. She wasn't crying anymore but her face was still covered in tears.

Leon looked at her carrying an unconscious Azura upstairs, "what happened!?"

Lexa kept going upstairs, ignoring Leon.

When Lexa got to her room, she placed Azura on her bed.

Lexa looked at Azura and cried again. She had done this. It was nobody else's responsibility except for her own.

A couple minutes later, Azura awoke, "huh? Where am I?"

"You're at my house... Took you home to make sure you would be okay..." Lexa had guilt and despair in her eyes.

Azura panicked, her brain slowly began to remember things. Some of her memory was a bit blurry from when she was knocked out. But now she had remembered what had happened, "Lexa, where is Camila!?"

Lexa didn't say anything.

"Lexa, where is Camila!?" Azura repeated.

"You can go home now," Lexa said sadly trying to change the subject.

Azura knew what this all meant, she ran out of Lexa's room. Lexa heard a door slam. She knew that Azura hated her now, but in the back of her mind she knew that she deserved it.

It was now the evening. The stars where there, but the moon was covered by clouds, as if it wanted to hide itself from Lexa.

Lexa was in bed. she checked her phone, there was a message from Azura: 'what have you done!?'

Lexa put her phone away on the nightstand and closed her eyes. She went to sleep.

When she woke up, the time was 6:00 am. Lexa got out of bed and got dressed. Her dog was there, by her bed.

"You must be hungry..." Lexa opened the door to her room and went downstairs, the dog by her side as she strolled to the kitchen to get dog food.

Lexa took out the bag of kibble and poured it into the dog's bowl. She spilled quite a lot. The dog immediately jumped at the food and started eating.

Lexa tried to enjoy the rest of the day. But she couldn't. Whenever happiness came, the thoughts at the back of her mind came forward.

She had enough. Lexa walked to what would've been Camila's house. She knocked on the door.

Knock knock knock knock

"Lila! Open up!"

Knock knock knock knock

"Now!"

"OK! I'm coming!" came Lila's harsh reply. She opened the door with a frown, "hi there," Lila said with gritted teeth.

"You know why I'm here, right?"

Lila snorted, "go away, I don't need your explanations..."

"No!" Lexa protested, "that isn't what I'm here for. I'm not here to explain myself."

"Huh? Why are you here then? I'm not getting it."

Lexa bit her lip, "I'm here to apologise... What I did to your sister is unforgivable, but I still want to apologise. I at least want you to know that I'm not proud and I really do feel bad."

Lexa paused, "I'm sorry Lila."

Lila stood there. Her pupils were small and she found it hard to find a response. She said, "I'm not sure what I should do now, but I'm glad you did what you did."
