this isn't the end for Lauren and Brad, this is only the beginning, but this is the end of the first chapter of their life and for the second to begin.
(no epilogue because i don't think this book needs one and i think this chapter shows you how the rest of their life will go, or you can make one up yourself. sorry for being so mia but i needed a new laptop which i am so thankful to have been able to afford and i also needed glasses for reading and shit because ya girl was going blind. thank you for sticking with me and my unstable mental health and i hope you enjoyed this story as much as i did writing it. see u in extinguished and the next book my stupid self decided to write instead of this one. i love you and thank you for understanding all of my emotions and being there when i needed it the most, your comments really help me.)
You could see the two teenagers were meant to be, you could tell from their eyes, you could tell by their smiles and you could tell simply by just looking at the two together. Looking at them two you would be confident in believing that soul mates really do exist, that two people were made to be together and fate would lead them to one another. For all the skeptics just seeing Lauren and Brad all the doubt would slip out of your mind, it was true love. They were made for each other and it really wasn't hard to see that.
Brad did everything for her, and Lauren did everything for Brad. Brad moved Lauren out of her old little bungalow that reminded her of her father everywhere she looked and was playing a toll on her mental health into an apartment they now share. Lauren helped Brad whilst he was in hospital, whilst he was in rehab for self harming, she was the one who proposed the idea they live together to get him away from his abusive father and she was the one who got said father put behind bars. His mother was now safe as well as his sister and Brad sees that all down to Lauren, which is kind of was. If it wasn't for her knocking Brad's dad out with a single punch and dragging his unconscious body all the way down to the police station where she almost got arrested for harassment.
Thats the main reasons that they helped each other, the ones people could see first hand but the ones they couldn't were just as important. They helped each other know the meaning of love, they help each other everyday because without one another neither would be alive. Their both the reason they're alive to this day. Brad helping Lauren out with her eating disorder which was slowly killing her and Lauren with Brad's suicidal thoughts and harming of his self. No one would ever know that but them, it really wasn't anyones business.
They thought the first chapter of their life was beginning but if they only knew that was the end, the second was only just beginning.
They finished college, both passing with flying colours and Lauren got into her music university and Brad, well his career has only just started. Forming a band with his three best friends and for it to sky rocket to the top. The Vamps were a well known band and had millions of fans across the globe, selling out arena shows and topping the charts with number one albums and hopefully soon a number one single. They were living their best lives and it was even better that they were living them together.
Lauren's hands skilfully touched the keys of the piano, creating a beautiful melody that filled the silent apartment. It was three in the morning and she couldn't sleep, not having the arms she was so used to wrapped around her frail body. He had been gone for three weeks on tour and she had no idea when he was getting back but she did know for a fact that she was empty without him, she missed him dearly.
Her hair was in its natural curls, her freckles not covered by makeup and her body only covered by her boyfriends shirt, covering a little something that she had no clue of yet.
Brad was at the local Asda, picking out the nicest and most expensive bunch of flowers he could find in the limited supermarket. his hair was messy from the amount of times he had ran his hand through it, he was wearing a face splitting smile and sweats. Butterflies were swarming in his stomach at just the thought of his girlfriend who he saw as the most beautiful girl in the whole entire universe; he was a bit biased though, he was completely and utterly in love with her after all.
He rushed to pay for them and sprinted to their apartment, trying to clean up his appearance a bit, little did he know Lauren thought he was perfect no matter what he looked like and she had witnessed him in his worst states. He decided against the elevator, believing he could run up the stairs faster and thats exactly what he did. He wasn't out of breath like you would think though, adrenaline was pulsating through his body.
He quickly unlocked the door and his breath was caught in his throat at the sight of his girlfriend, oh how obsessed with her he was.
Her playing came to a halt at the door unexpectedly opening and when she sees who was there she was on her feet faster than you could blink and into his arms and he gladly caught her. He held her so tight, like he never wanted to let her go which he didn't. He would rather die than to ever let Lauren go and the same goes for her.
Not only was he holding Lauren in his arms but he was also holding their future.
The next chapter was about to begin, the second their lips touched the page turned. A baby, a proposal, a marriage. Everything was about to come but the baby was dying to meet her mummy and daddy.
