James bounded into his dorm at 3 in the morning, excited and dizzy from his previous encounter with Lily in the astronomy tower. He jumped onto Sirius' bed, trying to wake up his sleeping brother.
"Go to sleep Prongs!" Sirius moaned, jamming his pillow over his head and trying to block out James' protests that he had to get up.
Realising that his brother was a lost cause, James jumped onto Remus' bed, waking him up in the process.
"Wake up Moony!" James shouted down his ear, causing him to sit up in bed as he watched James' attempt of waking his brother up.
"Go to sleep Prongs!" Sirius moaned once again.
"Wake up Pads!"
"No! Go to sleep!"
"I can't! Lily-flower is finally mine and I can't sleep when I'm this excited!" James screamed.
The two boys snapped their heads to look at the raven-haired boy and in doing so, Sirius fell out of bed, causing the two boys to laugh at him. He stood back up before getting into bed with a grimace on his face.
"Lily finally agreed to go out with you?! I know Hermione said that she liked you but I didn't think she was serious! What changed her mind?" Remus asked, a look of shock plastered on his face.
"I don't know but whatever Hermione said did the trick. Sirius, you need to marry her!" James said, causing a small blush to creep up his brother's neck.
A knock on the door stopped their conversation before Hermione, herself, walked in, carrying a small potions bottle and a small purple beaded bag and wearing a large grin on her face. James ran up to her, tackling her into a bone crushing hug. Hermione smiled to herself.
"I don't know what you did but whatever it is, I'm forever in your debt." James said before noticing that the red headed girl he had previously been talking about was stood in the doorway behind Hermione.
Hermione glanced over to the vacated bed that used to be Peter's. It was currently empty and nobody had seen him in over a week when Professor McGonagall had asked him to come to her office. She had asked Dumbledore about his sudden disappearance but he had just smiled and carried on writing his letter on his parchment.
"Remus, I've got something for you." Hermione said, worry plaguing her face. She passed him the small potion bottle, staring intently on his face, trying to interpret his reaction.
She had attached a note around the bottle saying:
Remus,Hope this helps on full moons. It's meant to make the transformation easier.
Hermione x
Reading the label, Remus' face lit up and he ran over to her, capturing her into a hug and she smiled to herself.
"It's wolfbane potion. It makes the transformation easier and when you transform you keep your human brain. You become a tame wolf to say the least"
"Thank you. Thank you so much." Remus whispered into her bushy hair, tears streaming down his face at the small gift he had received.
The two friends stayed in the same position for what felt like hours before Hermione broke the hug, looking into the young wolf eyes that were alive with tears. They trickled down his face and covered each of his cuts that littered his face. Hermione walked over to Sirius' bed, sitting down next to him as he smiled at her.
"So, I know it's late but I thought you might want to know everything. How I got here. Why I'm here. Who I really am." Hermione stated, after taking a deep breath.
Sirius grabbed her hand sub-consciously, looking at the young witch sat next to him. "You don't have to."
"No Sirius. I do. You all deserve to know. I need all of your help and it's not fair for any of you to help me without knowing the truth." Hermione said and she gripped onto her right arm, where the black swirls still lay from her encounter with the diadem. She couldn't remember what had happened to it and she reminded herself to ask Dumbledore next time she saw him. But for the moment, she had something to do.
She had decided that she would tell them the truth. She knew she needed to. She needed their help. But she couldn't help but worry about what their reactions would be.

JILY IS ALIVE ONCE MORE!
I know this chapter is shorter than usual but I've decided that I'm going to start spreading out the information because everything is happening so quick.I'm writing a couple of chapters today as I'm not in school. My flipping blood vessels in the back of my eye have decided to blow up so I'm sat at home, bored as hec with an eye that is covered in blood. It looks so disgusting and my uncle just keeps laughing at me. I had a French exam today as well that I've missed. Never thought I'd be so annoyed to miss a test.
Anyway, rant over 😊
Don't let the muggles get you down,
