Shutting the door behind them, both Hermione and Dennis looked at each other in awe. When they woke up this morning, they never could have anticipated that this would happen. Hermione looked at the young boy in front of her, his mousy brown hair fell into one of his eyes. A single tear fell from her eye and without a reason, she hugged him thoroughly, shocking him before he placed both arms around her waist as a tear fell from his own eye.
Technically, Hermione was his sister. Hermione Granger was his sister. Or should he say Hermione Dumbledore?
"I can't believe this." Dennis whispered into Hermione's mane of bushy hair.
"Neither can I." A sharp voice drawled out and quickly untangling her arms from around Dennis, Hermione spun around to be greeted by none other than Lucius Malfoy and his pack of goons. He really did resemble his son in many ways. "I actually can't believe I'm finally meeting the famous Granger"
Hermione stifled a gasp. This really couldn't be happening.
"And who's this?" An unfamiliar voice rang. A pale faced, brown haired boy stepped forward from next to Lucius.
"Yes, Nott asks an important question. Who is this boy?" Lucius' snobbish voice came again.
"This is Dennis. He's my brother." Hermione replied, her voice wavering slightly.
"Ahh. Another Granger eh?" Nott asked, a smirk present on his face.
"I don't know where you've got Granger from but if you could please let us past, I would be entirely grateful." Hermione spoke, grabbing Dennis' hand and stepping forward slightly before Nott stood in front of her, blocking her path.
"Not so fast Miss 'Dumbledore'." Nott said, his voice filled with sarcasm, his face so close to Hermione's that she could feel his breath on her face. She had to admit that he wasn't bad looking if his personality could be swayed.
"What do you want Nott?" Hermione asked. "I've got places to be and I've got no time to be standing here."
"Why don't you come to the Slytherin Common Room for a bit eh?" he answered, stepping closer to Hermione.
"What's it worth?" Hermione asked, a smirk also present on her face, maybe a trip to their common room could get her inside the Death Eater circle? Maybe it could give her information?
"Ooh. I like this side of you better." Nott flirted, a finger skimming up and down her arm and if it wasn't for the resolve that this was something she had to do, Hermione would be hexing him into next year right that second. "Does some private time with me sound good?"
"It does actually." Hermione replied, biting her lip as bile formed in her throat. She still couldn't believe she was doing this.
"Hermione?" Dennis voice wavered as he looked at Hermione with sincere confusion and disgust. What was she doing?
Hermione looked at Dennis, hoping to convey that this was something she had to do. He surveyed her face closely, hoping that this was all a joke. And that was when he realised. Nott. He was a Death Eater. Sneaky Hermione. Trying to keep the smirk off his face that was trying to form, he nodded before looking to the ground.
"Come on then Princess." Nott spoke. "Leave your sister alone now, Dennis. She'll be safe with me."
Dennis gulped harshly at the tone of his voice before looking at Hermione who was intertwining her fingers with Nott's. She nodded towards Dennis before he ran off to the hospital wing. This wasn't going to end good.

The group of 4 friends had been sitting in silence since Hermione and Dennis had ran off. They had guessed that it had something to do with Mary and the newspaper but none of them knew what was taking so long.
