My Life ( a Reginae Carter story)

Chapter 2

Reginae's POV

I pulled up in front of my dad's house and parked. I looked in the back to see Kayla asleep. I got out and went to her side and picked her up. She wrapped her arms around me as I walked to the door. I took my key out of my pocket and opened the door. I walked in the living room to see my brothers laying on the carpet watching tv. I quietly put Kayla on the couch and twist turned and saw me. I put my finger over my lip cause I didn't want the boys to see me yet. He nodded his head yes. I went back out to the car and grabbed all of the bags and carried them all inside, I put them in the hallway by the living room. I walked in the living room. I gave twist a hug and sat down.

Me: -whispers- where's my dad?

Twist: him and Dhea are getting ready.

Tunie's head turned in twist direction then he turned more and saw me.

Tunie: NAE NAE!!!!!

He scream my name then came running to my arms. His scream frightened Cam and Neal. I laughed and hugged him back squeezing him tightly.

Me: wassup lil bro😘

Tunie: nothing, I missed you.

Me: Awww I missed you to baby.

I walked over to Neal and Cam. I sat on the floor in between them. I picked up Cam and sat him in my lap and put Neal on his feet.

Me: hey my baby's 😘😘

Neal: nae com home!-clapping-

Cam: -baby noise- ahh!😊

I stood up with Cam on my hip and Neal holding my hand and we walked to the couch and sat. Neal jumped in twist's lap and I put Cam on mine.

(A/N the boys never met Kayla)

Tunie: nae who dat?

Me: that is my mommy's daughter Kayla.

Tunie: she pretty. Can I say hi?

Me: she sleeping now but when she wakes up I'll introduce her to you.

Tunie: yayy!!

I heard foot steps running down the stairs I turned around and saw my dad in a suit and tie. Hmm tonight must be special.

Wayne: hey baby girl

Me: hey daddy.

Wayne: we leaving now. Nae hit me up if anything happens, later guys.

He walked over to the boys and kissed them. Then did his hand shake with twist.

Wayne: this is Kayla?

Me: yup

Wayne: she's so short how old is she?

Me: I know, she's 4

Dhea came down the steps. She came and hugged me.

Dhea: hey lil mama

Me: hey

Wayne: ight y'all bye

He hugged me and him and Dhea left. I walked back in the living room and sat on the couch.

Lil Twist's POV

I decided to stay with Nae and babysit tonight. If you haven't got the picture yet Reginae has been my crush for the longest. Tonight I'm going to make her mine for sure. Me and Nae don't have a big age difference I'm 17 she's 16. She is so beautiful, funny, and short even though she doesn't want to admit it. I'm 5'7 and she is 5'0. Finally her little sister Kayla woke up. I think tunie likes her.

Kayla: Nae I'm hungry

Reginae: alright come on, twist can you grab cam for me?

Me: yea I got it

She held Neal and Kayla's hand and tunie followed behind. I picked up cam and went in the kitchen. I put him in his high chair and walked over to Nae who was starting to make frozen nuggets and fries.i hopped on the counter.

Me: so how you been ma?

Reginae: I've been good, and you?

Me: chillen basically you know me. Not to be random but you single still?

Reginae: well if you must know I am still single.

Me: that's great. Nae I wanna talk to you tonight after we put the kids to sleep ight?

Reginae: ok

Ten minutes passed then the oven dinged so she took the tray out. I got up and grabbed just enough plates for everybody. Nae shared out food on each plate. I gave a plate to each of the kids. Then she shared out some for us. We both grabbed our plates and sat at the table with the kids.

Nae: alright Kayla these are my brothers, tunie he is 5. Then Neal he is 2. Then it's cam he is 1. Ooh and this is my friend twist. Boys this is my sister Kayla.

Kayla: hi

Boys: hey

After the kids finished eating me and Nae played with them and entertained them for a while. Then it was getting close to bed time. So Nae gave Neal, cam, and Kayla a shower. Tunie gave his self a bath. After they were done I got Neal ready for bed and Nae got Kayla, Cam and Tunie ready for bed. I put Tunie in bed and said goodnight then walked out. I saw Nae walking to Neal and Cam's room with Kayla trailing behind. I took Cam out of her hands and we both walked into the room I rocked him to sleep and Nae did the same for Neal. After about 10 mins they were both knocked out. We put them in there cribs and walked out. I went to my room to take a shower and Nae went to her room with Kayla. I took a 20 min shower. Got out and put on my boxers and basketball shorts. Then I walked to the living room and sat on the couch waiting for Nae

Reginae's POV

I went to my room and put Kayla in bed. After she was asleep I went to the bathroom and took a shower. I got out after 20 mins. I got dressed and put on my pajama shorts and Kool aid shirt. Then I went down stairs to talk to twist.

I walked in the living room and sat on the couch next to twist.

Me: so wassup ?

Twist: well...uh Reginae I don't know if you've notice but, I have been crushing on you for the longest, and I know your not looking for anything right now but if you give me a chance I can make happy. I love you and everything about you, your hugs, your voice, your body, your smile & laugh, your attitude and--

I kissed him I was surprised with myself but I had to. Twist is so sweet and I think he deserves a chance. We pulled apart and I looked in his eyes.

Me: I love you to, and I will give you a chance twist.

He was smiling mad hard I laughed and he stood up and grabbed my hand pulling me up. Then gave me the tightest hug ever. He looked at me after he loosened his grip and kissed me.

Me: you realize we gonna have to talk to my dad right ?

Twist: I'm prepared to talk to him we can all talk in the morning.

Me: ok let's go to bed

Twist: ight

We walked upstairs and he walked me to my room.

Twist: goodnight ma😘

Me: night twist ☺️
