millie's pov:

the sunset this morning was beautiful. i couldn't keep my eyes off of it. i took at least thirty pictures.

it was about 7:30, and i had started my day off right. i went back inside, and down to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee.

"morning mills." a familiar voice said. i turned around, and i saw fiery red hair, and diamond blue eyes. "morning sades." i said, with a giggle.

"hi." she said, yawning and stretching her arms above her head. "what're you doing here so early?" i ask with yet another giggle.

"oh, nothing. just wanted to come over this morning. your house is the best in the mornings." sadie told me, jumping off the counter and walking over to the coffee maker. "do you guys have vanilla creamer?"

i nodded my head and walked over to the fridge. "do you want vanilla and hazelnut or just vanilla?" i asked the red head. "just vanilla please." she said with and eager smile. "alright, here you go!" she smiled at me, mouthing 'thank you' because my mum had just woken up.

she doesn't like loud noises in the mornings. i waved my hand at her and smiled, she waved and smiled back at me, walking over to the coffee maker, preparing her own cup.

"morning sweetie." my mum said when she walked passed me. "morning." i said back. sadie and i went back to my room, and watched some tv. we watched power puff girls because, why not. just as the episode ended, i got a text from someone. it was finn.

finn: morning peaches <3

millie: morning fuzz head ;)

finn: haha !! good one mills. how's your morning been?

millie: good, how about you?

finn: good thank you :)

millie: do you want to hang out later?

finn: sure! what time and where?

millie: hmm i don't know

finn: i'll figure it out, see you soon x

millie: ok xx

"millie!" sadie said, snapping her fingers in front of my face. "what? sorry, i didn't hear you." i replied, looking her direction. "i said, do you want to go get starbucks?" i gave her an are you seriously asking that question face, and responded. "when have i ever said no?" the red head laughed, and we got up and got ready to go to starbucks.

by the time we got to starbucks, the line was so long. it was almost going out the door. "sades, this line is really long." i told her. "no, really mills?" she said sarcastically. "shut up." i playfully pushed her and giggled. "do you want to come back later?" she asked me. why not. it'll be easier and take a shorter amount of time. "sure, let's come back at like eleven."

sadie and i walked to my house and went upstairs. "i feel like we haven't been doing anything at all mills. i feel really lazy." sadie complained. "i'm sorry to hear that. cry me a river." i said to my best friend.

"mills, cmon! let's go like on a run or go to the gym." sadie begged. "but- there's food here and my warm bed." i complained back. "your bed and food will be here when you get back." sadie told me in a motherly tone. "cmon, get into some like workout clothes and let's go!" she urged. "fine." i mumbled.

"woo! that was a great workout!" i said, as i slowly jogged into my house. "yeah, it was. i totally beat you on the run home though." sadie said, plopping down on the couch. "um! no you didn't!" i said as i ticked her. "oh my god m-millie s-stop it!" sadie said in between laughs. 

just as i was about to go full tickle mode, i got a text from someone. "thank god." sadie said, catching her breath. 

finn: hey cutie pie

millie: hihi <3

finn: you should come to the park

millie: why? hehe ;))

finn: maybe because i want to see ur pretty face

millie: awh. you're too sweet. but you're the pretty one

finn: guilty

millie: oh shut up 

finn: make me

millie: you'll never see it coming

finn: i'll be waiting xo

millie: see u soon x

i clicked my phone off, took a quick shower, and got dressed. "sades!! finn wants me to meet him at the park!!" i said, with a slight squeal. "mills! that's amazing." she said, giving me a hug. "it's totally a date." she said, playfully nudging me. 

"nooo it's not sadie." i said to the red, blushing. "oh my god millie brown. you're so lying." sadie said to me, walking out of my room and into the kitchen to make a smo.othie. i rolled my eyes at my sillie friend. now to find something to wear. i opened my drawers and threw everything on the floor. it's called a floordrobe. i stood on the top of my bed, so i could see everything. 

after looking for a few minutes, i spotted the perfect outfit. i found a black tank top with a rose in the corner, some high waisted jean shorts, and a purple cropped zip up sweatshirt. i grabbed the clothing, and went into the bathroom to get ready. 

i put on some natural makeup, and i let my hair down and be wavy. i walked out of the bathroom and into the kitchen to see sadie sitting on the counter, drinking her smoothie, scrolling through instagram, or opening snapchats. "hey, sades, does this look nice?" i asked my best friend. "oh my gosh mills!" sadie said excitedly. "you look so pretty i can't. it's not fair." sadie complimented. "so are you sades." i complimented back. 

she smiled, and told me to get my butt over to the park. finn was waiting.

hellooo! sorry that i haven't updated in like a month. i hope you guys like this chapter. if you couldn't tell, it's sort of a filler. there will be more exciting chapters coming up.
