Cal had scars. He had scars everywhere. None clearly visable but hidden under his shirt was charred skin. From the fire.
He couldnt save her. She was just a kid. She had her whole life ahead of her.
Cal's apartment went up in flames. His neighbour Lucy was a young werewolf. It was the night before a full moon so she and her parents had locked themselves in their room. Her parents got out and left Lucy for dead.
Cal tried to break down the door but he wasnt strong enough.
His sister dragged him out of the apartment by his ankles.
He spent a month in the hospital.
When he finally got out he started working out.
And he never stopped.
Then he got the call.
He accepted.
