RM had spoken so softly, with such a believable speech, that Amara, in fact, almost believed him. But since she knew that these were the tricks tht the sirens played to get people on their side, she didn't. She had to admit, she was impressed. They said exactly the right things that would, normally get her to believe the lies they told. Aku had warned her of this a lot over the last few weeks. Acording to Aku, Jin was the only one that was to be trusted. He had helped Aku escape twice now and Amara was sure he'd help her and Kilorn to get out.

"You should've told Erik that you were on our side, he would've let you go," RM said.

"We were too busy fighting for our lives," Amara said, pouting.

"That? That wasn't fighting for your lives. First off if you had actually been fighting for your lives, you'd be dead. I defeated you, remember? Secondly, I was actually testing you. You failed miserably. That means that I get to train you. We train as long as we need to. You guys need to be strong enough to kill an army of gods. I will say though, that you two work well together," Erik said from a couch across the room.

"We're training with you?" Amara said with dread in her voice.

"Yup," Erik grinned.

"Oh Gods," Amara said.

Sana

Erik left Sana alone, still recovering from everything she had seen in the past few weeks. Even though she hid, Sana knew that Erik knew exactly where she was. He left her. For whatever reason. Sana couldn't hunt, and vegetables will only get you so far. Things were only going to go downhill from here.

Aku

Aku turned to Avlar, who nodded. They gripped their bows and pulled up the hoods of their cloaks. They climbed into Aspen's tree and waited. Avlar closed her eyes and after a few minutes, she motioned with her hand. As Aku notched her arrow, a shiver spread through her spine. She shook it off and let her arrow loose.
