Chapter Twenty-Nine - Being Named As An Important Person.

-----

ALEX'S POV

The morning was as desirable as ever, but Grace cut her hand. I was worried about her. I couldn't pull my eyes away from her when she wore my clothes.

She looked so desirable, made me horny. I wanted her, to taste her, her sweetness. She looked so damn appealing it was hard to control my dirty mind, for I even had left my mistress and not having a new one.

Somehow, I passed over my aching length's needs.

-----

I sat on my chair and some guy just walked into my cabin. I was gonna yell at Grace for not informing me about someone coming and also at the guy who strolled into my cabin. Then I looked up.

Martin.

"Someone knows the way to the office, I'm surprised." I taunted him as I casually looked into my file and read the contents. Martin sat on the chair and put up his legs on the table.

"Down," I muttered looking pointedly at him. He made a face but put his legs down. I was satisfied. I continued with my file.

"You're surprised? I can't believe I could surprise you, for Mom is haywire after what you did." I looked at him, perplexed.

"What do you mean?"

"For you've got another fling into the house, Mom is pissed. She's searching for a girl for you when I clearly told her that she won't be having any grandchildren from me as I'm not the one for settling." Martin smirked.

"What?! You did?" I exclaimed. Grace wasn't a fling!

"Yeah. Invitations for your wedding will be spread out soon." He just smirked. The audacity this guy had was nerve-wracking. If only he wasn't my younger brother, he would've been in a coffin by now.

"This is good! Fucking good! You sit home, come to the office whenever you feel like, have sex and flings and you get what you want!" I yelled at him. Oh the contrary, a little bird had informed me of his so-called fling which had been on for the past two years. But, I'll use it sometime later, not now.

"I fucking work hard and Mom is finding a bride for me?! I won't let that happen and I won't let you not work. I'll make you work, Martin." I yelled at him. He just groaned.

I was pretty pissed because if Grace would come to know about the 'search-a-bride' mission, I'd lose my chance with her. I didn't want that. And Martin, he could've just said yes and faked it, continue doing whatever he wanted, but no!

He was an asshole!

"You could've said yes to Mom, for her sake and you already have a..." He cut me off.

"But I won't. I've been doing that for long enough and I can't pull more. Get married, brah!" It was like, it was his wish to get me married.

I immediately called Grace and asked her to come in. I wanted to know details about my meetings, so I could pull Martin along with me and put his lazy ass to some use.

"Grace set my meetings and see to it that all of them attend the meeting, everyone." I looked at Martin and gave him a very pointed look, for which he scoffed.

"I ain't attending any meeting, Alex. Stop making it difficult for me." He said he was having a workload already.

"Martin!" I scoffed but I heard another voice yell the same name, but a different tone.
