Leather Jackets and Brooches

Chapter 7

"Welcome to my boudoir" Cheryl said in a french accent

"Wow Cheryl your bedroom is amazing, it's so sophisticated. I love it" Toni was taking in all of Cheryl's very large and well decorated bedroom.

"Ah thank you, I do take pride with it" Cheryl closed the door behind Toni

Toni walked around the bedroom looking at things in detail. She stopped at a picture of Cheryl when she was younger. "This is cute, how old were you here?" Toni questioned

"I was 6, that was taken at my first cheer camp".

That reminded Cheryl about asking Toni to join the River Vixens, she walked over to her armchair where Erika's old Vixens jacket was draped over. She picked it up and walked over to Toni.

"You know last night you said about wearing a Vixens jacket, now's your chance" Cheryl offered her the jacket

"Why not, wanna swap?" Toni laughed, the two girls removed their jackets and swapped them.

"What do you think?" Toni asked while giggling.

"Perfect fit. It's yours if you want it? Consider this your formal offer of a place on the River Vixens" Cheryl hinted at the jacket.

"Cheryl, I...I don't know what to say" Toni stammered

"Look at the back of the jacket"

Toni looked the back "H-B-I-C. What's that stand for?"

"Head Bitch In Charge. I want you on the River Vixens, as my co-captain" Cheryl proposed.

"Is this a joke?" Toni questioned

"Definitely not Tee-Tee. Is that a yes then?"

"Why me though? What about Midge. She deserves it more than I do"

"As much as Midge is a good friend, I think you are the strongest dancer and you are really easy to get one with. Plus I was kind of a bitch to you the other day. You are totally worthy of that jacket. So will you be my co captain?" Cheryl pleaded.

Toni looked at herself in Cheryl's mirror with the jacket on. "Sure, I would love to" Toni smiled

"Yay! We're going to make such a good team" Cheryl clapped.

"At least now I have a suitable jacket to wear to school" Toni hinted at the Serpent's jacket which Cheryl had on.

"I kind of prefer this jacket" Cheryl confessed.

"You're not going to join the Serpents now are you?" Toni playfully nudged Cheryl in the arm.

"As much as I like the jacket, I don't think I would" Cheryl replied.

Toni saw a collection of art pencils and several drawings scattered over Cheryl's desk. "Wow Cheryl this are amazing, you are so talented"

"Ah thanks but they are not that good" Cheryl said modestly.

"I wish I could draw, I would have drawings all over my bedroom walls"

"Here sit down, I want to draw you" 

Cheryl took off Toni's jacket, then picked up some of the pencils and her sketchbook, she lightly pulled Toni down to sit on the edge of bed. Cheryl tucked part of Toni's hair behind her ear to show more of her face causing Toni to blushed and Cheryl smiled at her. Cheryl began lightly sketching the outline of Toni's face, she then drew each part in more detail until you could clearly tell she  drawing Toni. Using her index finger, Cheryl shaded the darker features to add more details. To complete the drawing, she signed the bottom right corner with C.Blossom.
