Chapter 20

That same day

Penny and the Ghoulies were meeting at the bar just outside of Riverdale to discuss there plan to get their money that Clifford owed them. When Clifford was alive he worked closely with the Sugarman who created business deals between him and the Ghoulies, but when the Sugarman was caught then arrested and because Clifford took his life, they have no way of getting the money. Their attempt last night to break in to Clifford's safe was interupted  when a gang member careless knocked over a vase causing them to panic and abandon the break in with fear of being caught.

"Ok guys, so last night was failure due to this idiot right here" Penny walked by a small nervous looking guy and stopped in front of him then stared at him with narrow eyes.

"Fortunately me and Skeleton came across some useful intel this morning" she moved on from the small guy and began walking around the group.

"For those that remember, Tobias Topaz was involved with the serpents, his daughter ratted me out to their leader FP Jones and he immediately baned all drugs involved within the serpents which stopped a huge part our income. We have all suffer as part of it because her father couldn't look after himself"

"What does this have to do with Clifford?" one of the guys asked.

"Well the serpents daughter is dating Clifford's daughter. We can use both of them to get our money" Penny explained.

"What's the plan Pen?" another guy asked

"I was thinking of kidnap. I thought we could kidnap the red head and hold her in the warehouse then get the serpent to get us the money" 

"She a kid she ain't gonna have money" someone shouted out

"Yes but I want to use her a mule instead. We have a  delivery needed in Centreville that would put us way above what Clifford owes us"

"What if she gets caught?"

"The cops wont be looking for a school girl they will be looking for a 6ft guy with tattoos all over his body"

Many of the guys nodded in agreement

"So here what's going to happen. Skeleton and your boys are gonna bring the red head to the warehouse and keep her there till I say so. I will sort out the serpent smurfette and the delivery. The rest of yous will be kept in the loop in as some of y'all may be needed at some point. That's it for now. Skeleton I will talk with you in more detail" Penny dismissed the Ghoulies and they left that part of the room.

"Do you think this is gonna work?" Skeleton asked

"Yeah I will make sure Topaz knows what she needs to do" Penny drunk from her glass

"When do you want us to get the blossom girl?"

"You still got those cop uniforms?"

"Yeah, why?" 

"I want you and Rick to go to her house and tell her that you need to take her down the Police station for questioning about the break in, but what you are going to do is bring her to the warehouse instead and keep her there" 

"You wanna do it this evening?" 

"Yeah let's do it" Penny nodded

Skeleton and his fellow Ghoulie Rick was parked up around the corner from Cheryl's house, he was looking through the notes that Penny had given  him.

"Ok, I will do the talking you just follow me and don't do anything to give us away. Also don't get the gun out till we stop the car at the warehouse" 

Rick nodded then put the gun in the glove box. Skeleton then drove the car up to Cheryl's house and parked it up near the front door. The two Ghoulie got out of the car and walked up the door and rung the door bell. As expected, Cheryl opened the door.

"Miss Blossom, I'm Officer Reynolds and this is Officer Hutchinson" he offered his hand out which Cheryl shook and smiled at him

"We have been asked to take you to the station for some routine questioning about the break in last night" he explained

"Oh okay, just one second Officer I will just grab my jacket sorry" Cheryl left the door and went to the kitchen where her jacket was unaware of what was to come.

"Stupid bitch" Rick whispered

"Shut up" Skeleton said sternly 

Cheryl returned to the door then closed it and followed them to the car. Rick politely opened the door for her to get, she thanked him and sat down in the car. The two pretend cops sat down in the front of the car. Skeleton started the car and drove put of the gate to Cheryl's house and headed for the warehouse unknown to Cheryl.

"We just have to make a quick detour to check in with another Officer" Skeleton explained to try and make it not look suspicious 

He pulled up outside of the door to the empty warehouse and stopped the car. 

"Sorry Miss, its Police policy we can't leave you unattended in the car, you will have to come with us, it will only take a second"

"Ok" Cheryl said with a little confusion.

Cheryl put her phone in her jacket and left it in the car and followed Skeleton in to the warehouse. Rick took the gun out of the glove box and entered the warehouse and shut the door behind him. In the warehouse was a small chill out area in the corner of the room and a chair in the middle of it. 

"Sit on the chair" Skeleton called out

"Sorry?" Cheryl asked 

"I said sit on the chair" Skeleton repeated with more anger

Cheryl turned around to see Rick pointing a gun at her. She immediately panicked.

"Sit down!" he yelled

Cheryl almost ran to the chair in fear of being shot. She began pleading for them not to shoot.

"Tie her up" Skeleton ordered

Rick gave him the gun, then walked over to the chair and put cable ties around Cheryl's wrists and ankles to keep her tied down. She had tears streaming down her face. 

"Oh don't worry Red, we will let you go when we get what your family owe us"

The two Ghoulies removed their fake uniforms and put on their dark Gothic clothing, it was now clear to Cheryl that she was being held by Ghoulies who used to work with her father.

"Whatever he owes you I can pay you, just please let me go" Cheryl pleaded

"It's not up to us, anyway this is more fun" Rick laughed

They then went over to the corner where a TV and sofa was. Skeleton took out two beers from a crate and opened them and gave one to his partner, he then took out his phone.

"Penny. It's done, the red head is here all tied up like a mental patient" he joked

"I'll tell the boys to come over to prepare the stuff for the delivery" he hung up the phone then texted the guys in his group to meet him and Rick at the warehouse.
