Jughead to group chat

Jughead - great news everyone Toni has been released!

Kevin - my dad just told me, I am so pleased. he didn't tell me what happened exactly but he did  said Toni was innocent,  I feel really bad for doubting her.

Jughead - my dad is hosting a party at the Whyte Wyrm tonight to celebrate and Toni said you're all invited.  

Kevin - is Toni with you? I really want to apologize to her 

Jughead - she said don't worry about it is all good,  but we are at Pop's if you wanna join us for a shake?

Kevin - sure see you in a bit

Veronica - amazing news! Me and Archie will be there. I feel bad for what happened too.

Jughead - she says don't  worry about it guys, she will explain what happened later tonight. She said she can't wait to see you all.

Kevin - I'm still gonna come Pop's, I will leave now.

Jughead - ok great, see you in a bit.

Josie - I'm so there. Tell Toni I can't wait to see her x

Kevin left his house and headed to Pop's to apologize to Toni for not supporting her as much as a he should. He opened the door to the diner to see Jughead, FP, Thomas and Toni sitting in a booth, he walked over to the booth where Toni was. She stood up and greeted him with a big smile.

"Toni I'm so sorry for doubting you. I'm a terrible friend" Kevin apologized.

"Don't be silly come here" Toni reassured him and  pulled him in to a hug.

"Sit down, I will tell you all about it" Toni smiled at her friend

"You want another shake T?" Jughead offered

"Sure thanks"

"Kev, you want one too?" 

"Yeah sure, here take this is the least I can do" Kevin handed Jughead money for the shakes.

"Thank you Kevin" Toni smiled 

"What happened then?" Kevin put his hand on Toni's to show he was really there for her.

"You're never going to believe this. Penelope set me up. She put the drugs in the bag and called your dad" 

"Oh my god. Why would she do that?" Kevin was completely shocked.

"I guess because of the whole presentation thing and Cheryl getting expelled for a day" Toni shrugged 

"When my dad told me you had been arrested, we all went over to Cheryl's house to find out what happened, but Penelope shut the door on us" 

"Sounds about right"Toni joked

"Have you heard from Cheryl since you got out?" Kevin asked

"No, I tried calling her but she didn't answer. If you see her can you tell her to come tonight, I want to see her" Toni confessed

"Of course. What are you plans now that you are free, any revenge plans for Penelope?"

"I'm just going to enjoy good company with you all tonight. I will worry about Penelope at some other time" Toni smiled at Kevin and he smiled in return.

Jughead returned with their shakes and the five of the talked about the plans for tonight, FP said all of the serpents were working on it right now.  Despite what had happened, Toni was glad that she had people looking out for her and those that did doubt her were trying to make amends. FP's phone starting ringing, therefore he left the booth and headed outside to answer it.

"Hello"

"FP, hi it's Cheryl Blossom" 

"Cheryl, what can I do for you?" FP was surprised to hear Cheryl on his phone.

"I heard that Toni was released and that you was throwing her party. I know what happened with her and my mother but I want to help with the party to say I'm sorry for doubting her and for what my mother did" Cheryl pleaded

"Sure, we know you didn't have any involvement with what happened and that, so we would be greatly appreciative of your help. Me and Jug are heading there in an hour so come whenever you're ready"

"Great. Thank you FP see you soon" Cheryl ended the call.

Cheryl hadn't forgiven herself for ending Toni's call at school and for not supporting her, she was hoping that by helping out with the party might help Toni to forgive her. But Cheryl was determined to do whatever it took or wait however long for Toni to forgive her.
